.hack//SIGN Unreleased Music 03 -Data Bugs-

- It's officially been almost 10 years since .hack//SIGN came out and they apparently have no plans on ever releasing this song on a soundtrack.
This song plays during an encounter with a Data Bug in a dungeon where Bear, Subaru, and Mimiru are supposed to meet with the Remnant of Harald. Balmung swoops in to save Subaru, and somewhere else at the same time Sora and Silver Knight also find a Data Bug.

Agreed, I just recently finished and uploaded the first-ever recorded and public playthrough (longplay) of .Hack//Fragment (the offline mode sense online is not an official thing anymore). There's an entire story to the game, but it's offline and not in English. A little bit is patched, but not enough to understand the text. It's still playable though. I had to make use of Cheat Engine to automatically get all players on my party list to be level 99 so that I could soar right through the game. If I didn't do that, it would've taken be months but I'd honestly say 'years' to finish that game. I wanted to see how far the story went. It was pretty lengthy. But, I was a blind player and didn't much know what I was doing. I tried to run through it as quickly as possible. Had to speed up the video a bit for it to fit onto TH-cam though, they don't allow me to upload over 12 hour videos unfortunately (but selective channels can...). I 'm glad to have completed it though and maybe it will inspire others to play/continue patching it in English. It's a fun game. Same layout as the IMOQ games, but you can play as all of the //Sign characters and with them, like Bear, B.T., Sora, Subaru, Mimiru, Tsukasa, Crim, Silver Knight, etc. It's pretty cool! I made my character Tsukasa in the character creation. xD It was fun to play through as Tsukasa. Haha.
Hopefully one day there will be some fan games made of .Hack series (I dont care if they're offline or not, offline is just as fun to me if it's a series I love like this). There's been a few attempts but nothing that is public and available currently for people to play. I've heard of a couple 2d fan games but when I found them I couldn't get them to run on my computer. I have to say it's a shame that the official creators have yet to create an actual MMORPG of The World yet. It's quite unfortunate. They did all the books(light novels, which aren't manga comic books), the manga, the anime series/OVA/movies/etc., even a trading card game (and of course merchandise I'm sure, and other things I can't think of right now). But no real MMO yet, the closet official thing was //Fragment Online on the PS2 back in the day. Apparently there's fan servers, but I've yet to get it functional myself.
I remember trying to record this song myself and figure out what it was on the soundtrack, and was bummed to find out it wasn't released anywhere. Thank you so much for having this here!
I was beginning to think I would never find this song on TH-cam. After ten years...it's still as amazing as when I first heard it. Thanks for the upload!
