Chicken liver and gizzards Bistake (කුකුල් පීකුදු සහ වැලිබොකු බිස්ටේක්) රස ගුණ පිරි හෙළ බොජුන් !!

Hi everyone !!
Today I'm going to teach you how to make a Chicken Liver and Gizzard Bistake.
This is a bistake bit spicy and very tasty. There is pure sri lankan taste in this bistake because maximum we used our spices to prepare this.
We will see what are the ingredient we need to prepare Chicken Liver and Gizzards Bistakes.
1) Chicken liver 450g
2) Chicken gizzards 450g
3) 1 Small tomato
4) 2 pieces of B onion
5) 3 tsp Black pepper
6) Salt as you need
7) 1 tsp turmeric
8) 1 tsp vinegar
9) 1 tsp soya sauce
10) 1 tsp oyster sauce
11) 2 pieces of Spicy capsicum
12) 1 piece Rampa
13) Curry leafs
14) 4 pieces garlic
15) Small piece of cinnamon
16) 2 tbs coconut oil
17) Small piece of ginger
