So far I’ve gotten it figured out. Played plenty games yesterday no mouse trap. The split sab def feels better than the initial set up they had before that update. So far so good
In your next guide for SAB, can you give some advices/numbers for what we need to do to avoid detection in OW2 and R6 without having a bad experience with the mouse please ? Like, in your R6 guide, we needed to put 60 SAB for aiming i think, and i wonder if it is still the case.
In the game settings it’s stated to start at 50,50 but you’re supposed to work your way down to minimize your values.
With a wooting I have 35,1 Sab. 34,1 may be possible but I was having trouble w silent and upped by 3 to be safe.
Its impossible to use SAB values of other players, so giving out numbners isnt possible. I can show how to find your own best values though. Since every person moves the mouse differently, plays differently, and uses other settings its not possible to use the settings that may work for someone else.

@@Kiddov03 You can play with 0 or with any other value, that is fully up to you. Some games analyze the inputs that you send to the console though, in those games SAB may be required to not get detected.
Here's a tip keep everything updated with your fw an manager an don't go changing to much things find your sens keep everything standard only adjust what you need to or else you will never find your sweet spot from a xim user since xim 1
I’m getting one but I’m a noob at this so when I get it do I go update it on the pc because I’m on ps5 so mine coming in some days or what because I downloaded the xim matrix app before it come in the mail fam 🤷🏽♂️
i play 13k dpi and the lowest SAB i could play is 67 do you think if u lower my dpi i could lower my SAB value
Lower DPI usually doesnt really do much other than slightly changing the AA. Maybe its useful for SAB, but dont expect a big difference. I wouldnt change your DPI just for that.

I already did and it got taken down by Ubisoft. You can still watch it as a channel member for some odd reason (TH-cam may fix that) but i wont reupload it to not further provoke Ubisoft.
I was using the besavior U5 method with the matrix for ps5, but i’m sure you know as of recent events ps5 has prevented this method and it no longer works. I am wondering what the most effective method of still using a Xim Matrix with a PS5 is? I also appreciate you interacting with your community so consistently- Thank You!!!
The most effective is to use the Ethernet connection with Matrix. The second most effective would be a P5Mate which ill cover in a dedicated video in a few days! :)

@@707Tyree I did and it got taken down by Ubisoft. For some unknown reason TH-cam kept it available to channel members though, but that will be a temporary thing. I wont reupload it so it will remain a channel member exclusive thing until TH-cam realizes they need to take it down for channel members too.

@@707Tyree You should read the SAB Guide from the XIM Forum or watch my SAB Guide video for a more detailed explanation. The latter is only available to channel members now as Ubisoft striked it (and TH-cam will probably remove it for channel members sometime soon too).

the one issue i see a lot of people having is no matter how you have ur settings in game and app lets say 100h 100v dpi 10800 its still slow . on siege
Every game has a maximum turnspeed. If you have maxed out the ingame sensitivity then its not possible to turn any faster. In a lot of games that isnt very fast, and can therefore feel slow. The XIM cannot change that, its a constraint of console games.

@@SamuelK4r1m1 The App Store only allows you to have one version of your app in it. And that one is the one the XIM ships with. Its the gold firmware. The firmware shown in this video is more recent (beta). Hence it cannot be in the App Store. So instead download it from the XIM Forum as shown in the video! :)

Is there a way to have an acceleration multiplier on the MATRIX? Like over the same distance, if you go fast, you will make a longer movement than if you go slowly I dont know if im clear, there a was an option like this on the venomx4
Yes you can do that via the ballistic curve generator! Just edit the curve to replicate the turning behavior you want to see in the game! :)
@@XIMCentralI don't get the same results with accel on the matrix that I had with apex. Maybe because we had accel along with a curve. I wish the feature would return. Makes feel like going back to apex.

Hey, the XIM Forum isnt pay to enter but it now requires you to have a free XIM Forum account. Previously it was possible to enter the forum without an account but this had to be changed recently due to a lot of incidents.

I’m on the April beta fw and manager, I don’t have my own laptop I borrow one to update my xim, is there a way to just renew the expired manager or download the next test flight manager and have it be compatible without updating the xim matrix again.

Hey, Apple doesnt allow that so there is no way for the XIM Company to offer that. If a manager expires in Testflight (because Apple wants them to expire) the XIM Company can either publish the same one again, or a new one. Since after 90 days usually a new beta is out, and you cannot have two different Testflight managers at a time, the old one must usually be abandoned. If this is an issue i recommend to get a cheap Android phone (like 30$) and use that for the manager. With Android you can always switch between managers simply by downloading the files from the XIM Forum. No Testflight needed and no expirations.

It got striked by Ubisoft, so no i will not upload it again. TH-cam however kept the video accessible to channel members for some reason, so if you want to watch it then that is the only option. I assume this wonht last forever too though, and TH-cam will soon remove it too. Alternatively you can find a short SAB guide in the XIM Forum too, but its not as detailed as the video.

Hey, i had a video on this channel explaining that in greater detail but it got copyright striked from a game developer. For some reason the video is still accessible for channel members though. Alternatively you can find a short SAB guide in the XIM Forum too. I wont give out any instructions anymore to not further offend this game developer. So just go with one of the two suggestions above.

Are u working out what SAB values will not get us banned in overwatch? Or is overwatch xim just dead now?
Its impossible to use the SAB settings of someone else, you must find them by yourself. OW2 doesnt scan for MnK, they just scan for scripts and investigate your past games when you get reported too often. As long as you avoid both you can rock 0 SAB. To pass an investigation it is a good idea to use a good amount of SAB though and dont use any digital keyboards.

You have to use SAB as you have already guessed correctly. Either see the SAB Guide in the XIM Forum on what to do, or watch my SAB Guide video for a more in-depth explanation.

It would feel quite crazy, i wouldnt recommend to do that. The guide recommends to start with 50 for all.

You can freely choose the aim assist mode. Since AA is personal preference there is no best or most optimal option. Everyone likes a different one.
i have electricity input lag, any way the matrix or apex can help suppress the lag and get the game working normally? i’m at a disadvantage against almost everyone because of this

Hey, thats a bug right now and should be solved soon. I think the temporary solution was to not bind a Xbox Share button. That one causes the constant screenshot issue.

@@joshuagarcia2642 XIM Apex has SAB but its a super light version as the hardware is too old to run anything more complex.

@@nuggis This Razer keyboard doesnt offer analog movement without Razer Synapse running in the background, therefore it wont work with a XIM. You need a Wooting keyboard for analog movement. The amount of SAB you will need with your Razer keyboard depends on your playstyle, settings and the way you move your mouse.

Hey, XIM Apex had no consistent sensitivities across different games so its impossible to say what value that would be. The only way would be to use a XIM Apex, setup these values, the measure the cm per 360° on the mousepad with these settings, and then use that value for your XIM Matrix.

Was already out but got taken down by Ubisoft and wont return. Still accessible for channel members due to a fault on TH-cams side, but i wont reupload it. If you really must watch it then that remains an option, until TH-cam realizes its fault.

How come when I use SAB it messes up my anti-recoil? Can I fix this?
You need to remove variance from your anti recoil smart actions (top right corner, the clock must be red).

Its probably due to your ingame settings. Check if those match the ones shown on the XIM website.

@@slamhin749 Did you lower your sensitivity through the XIM Config? Did that help? And did you mayb apply a YScale value? With that one you change how fast up and down is relative to left and right. It is meant to be 100 to have an even scaling between the two.

Hey, what do you mean with that? It was never needed to not connect any controller to your XIM at the same time i think.
@@XIMCentral This refers to the instructions on our xim forum page when I use a wooting where it says not to connect a controller to port 3. It's different with the Xbox.

Yes that firmware has compatibility with the new Nexus Mode to connect Nexus to Matrix!
@@XIMCentral what could be the problem, I play on xbox x. xim matrix + nexus everything is perfect. I connect to ps5 then I see some delay and the xim matrix application is very slow to react to changes, and sometimes it collapses the menu and presses the ps button
@@СергейПанфилов-ц3и That could be due to several reasons. Please do the following. Go into the top right options of both your Matrix and Nexus manager (info/about) and post the firmware versions that it lists you there in a support ticket on the XIM Forum. A support engineer will then look into the firmware numbers and will be able to tell you what can cause the issue. Since it can be several things its needed to know what firmware all devices run on.
Hi xim central , i have a question , does the xim matrix support 2000 hz mouse pulling rate on the xim app or its only 1000 max ? cuz my mouse is superlight 2 and on 2000 hz i do play

Its fine to connect a mouse that polls above 1000Hz. The consoles do not support more than 1000Hz though, which is why your XIM will limit you to that polling rate. So using more is not advantageous (but also not harmful).

Thats not possible, you can only update via Windows or Mac.

Since AA is personal prefernce there isnt a value i can recommend since everyone will prefer a different one. The general rule would be to start with large increments to quickly notice how it affects your gameplay, and then do fine tuning around a value that you start to like.

@@fluidsrl1761 That depends on your playstyle, sensitivity and a lot more. Say you have super stuttery micro movement which a controller doesnt have, then micro and inertia are what you may want to look into. Other users may not have such micro stutter and not need it, or not as much.

Anti Recoil yes, other settings potentially too but it comes down to the individual setting.

Your configs will not get deleted.

You need to pair the two again, so press the button on your XIM so it starts searching for the new manager.

Nvm I fixed it. I just needed to Uninstall it and reinstall through the firmware update

@@emanuel.mayersss You will get banned then, lots of people have attempted that already. But you just create a toggle smart action so it runs infinitely until you press the button again. And then add whatever is necessary into the smart action to not be afk.

In the smart action manager you can find a swap sticks action to do that.
How should players who use Sab for compliance tune their settings to offer a more enjoyable mouse feel while still remaining compliant
See the XIM Guide from the XIM Forum for all details. I will summarize the guide in an upcoming video. You really do not want to use digital keyboards though as your SAB will have to be very high!

Yep, usually several betas are accumulated before they become a new official firmware. The last official firmware came out like 2 months ago, so it will probably take another few months before enough betas are out to bundle them into a new official firmware again.

I use XIM-Hardware sind XIM3. Why it is still so complicated to use any scripts? It still is a form of science to get the things running.
I host the german XIM-Fan-Site on Facebook and I very often get questions from people who don't get their stuff running.
Cronus let you just download things..click the button...works. XIM should really increase their comfort-options. It's getting better...but it still is not "comfortable" at all.
A user without a good background in technical skills will suffer and get crazy with it.

SAB means Simulate Analog Behavior and makes your MnK inputs look like a controller.
ive recently started to play SAB = 0 %. so no sab at all. i built my muscle memory around that. is that ok?=
Depends on the game
If your game may force you to eventually use SAB then that may be an issue for you. Until then theres nothing wrong with that.

@@FM__ No curve or anything! I use a light anti recoil that works for all guns, with the remaining recoil being removed by moving the mouse.

@@FERN69Q Oh that one, its a perk for channel members. Its used to give early access to videos or chat around a bit. There is no official XIM Discord and the channel member one is just as inofficial as all the other XIM related Discords out there.

Download the update from the link in the video description, you can no longer use the manager from the App Store.

@@d6rkOfHate The only way is to use a P5Mate on which i will do a video next week, or by using a XIM Matrix.

@@d6rkOfHate The P5Mate works with XIM Apex and so does XIM Matrix, although with XIM Matrix you wouldnt need a XIM Apex anymore.
Some reason mine is not working when I plug my PlayStation five controller but works with a PlayStation 4 controller🤦🏽♂️ anyone have any suggestions?

@@XIMCentral I have the matrix I haven’t used it in a while. But it was working perfectly when I last used it until I just recently updated it and for some reason when I plug the PlayStation five controller into it the controller doesn’t work, neither does the mouse and the keyboard, but the manager app registers it working but some reason it is not functioning on the PlayStation five, unless I plug in an aftermarket PS4 controller, but unfortunately it does not let me play. PlayStation five games. With the aftermarket PlayStation 4 controller.🤦🏽♂️ not sure what to do
@@xxyouhatemexx Did you log into your PS5 account through the XIM Manager again? I assume its no longer stored or cannot be connected to anymore, which is why it only works when using a non-PS5 controller (as it goes into PS4 mode then).

@@guizord_-1449 Just follow the SAB Guide posted above. And yes you will have to do that otherwise you will get penalized in the game. Alternatively next week ill release a SAB Guide video.

Its not possible to copy the SAB settings of a different player. You must find your own ones (see the SAB Guide in the XIM Forum on how to do that).
