I love this especially the truth you shared. I LOVE my children, but being their teacher is driving me nuts most days and I love having them home with me. But I am finally ready to sign up for online schooling. This just helped me be ok with whatever decision my husband and I come too with The Father's leading.
I think most of us homeschooling parents felt this way lol. Nothing went the way we pictured it or wanted it to go and it drove us crazy. I laughed so hard because you explained exactly how my day goes and I felt like I was the only one. Thank you! 😂

I like you, LOVED the idea of a Morning Basket, BUT, I couldnt get past the 50 or more years of waking up unable to do anything but drink coffee for 2 hrs. Moved the basket to the afternoon and now call it Tea Time and its been a hit for our read alouds. Your so right! Try new ways all the time.

I will also be doing lots of different arts and crafts (I have a lot of hobbies lol) and also music class and PE. Is it hard to keep track of the "classes" that aren't in the online stuff?
@@myersfamilydiaries I've done two years of homeschooling through My Father's World, switching to Monarch online and buying some laptops this year. We are falling apart with a new baby . This year was a flop and our day is a comical trainwreck. Totally different than what I had envisioned. You think it would be all butterflies and rainbows and then it's literally exactly how you explained. Glad I'm not the only one! God bless and take care 💗

I'm worried about the online homeschool not being accredited. Does it matter if it is or not? The only one I can afford is non accredited online homeschool.
That's more dependent on the state rules. In TN I can't use a non-accredited curriculum, but my friends in Florida use it just fine. So find out the rules for your state.

We are coming out of unschooling because I just had my fifth baby and with breastfeeding I just can’t keep up with everyone’s interests the way a good unschooling mama should!
