Atsumu saying "I'm gonna be setting to you one day" to Hinata never fails to give me goosebumps. It's probably my favorite moment in all of Haikyuu. It's a such a minor comment but it means so much for the story and Hinata's volleyball journey. It's not only suggesting that he is now worthy as a player without Kageyama, and that there are other setters who could bring out the best in him, but it also serves as a biggest recognition of Hinata's value as a player so far. The fact that the best highschool setter in the entire country tells him that they are going to be on the same team, playing on the same side of the court, suggests that Atsumu thinks they have the same amount of potential as future players. That's so awesome to hear after watching Hinata's journey from season 1 to here.

This is the best answer. Kuroko, Ace are tonally so different to Haikyuu. Run is amazing with a similar sweeping soundtrack. But it's so underground so it won't get the same views as a Haikyuu reaction 😭
Mine is: - Diamond no Ace, you'll find a sassy Sawamura 🤣🤣 Long series, but definitely great, deep and full of good comedy and just like Haikyuu, i have so many fave character in DnA. - Run with the wind, kinda short series but a great one - Kono Oto Tamare, my fave yet so underrated. Not a sport anime, kinda musical. I also love this anime soooo much.
Carson, I'm so like you! I actually fell asleep when I watched the first episode of "Haikyuu!!" the first time around (like you, I was a hesitant watcher), but looking back now - it's just crazy. I've got merch and manga volumes right now, I'm obsessed with the other media forms of this series (most especially the stage plays!!!) and I will forever hold this series close to my heart. I've been a fan of the show for years and I've binged the anime and re-read the manga over and over (and I was able to follow the series weekly! It was such a great time), and it's amazing to watch you and Lindsey's journey.
I would try to list 4 show and several reason why it would really cool for you guys to watch it: 1. Run With the Wind (Popular pick) Athletic is pretty easy sport to understand. Young Adult character that may more relatable for both of you. Have same bromance vibe as Haikyuu. A lot of Haikyuu production team work in this anime too including Chief Animation Director Takahiro Chiba and Composer Yuki Hayashi. Chiba also direct the OP of this anime just like he did with Haikyuu OP4 and ED3. 2. Ping Pong the Animation (First personal pick) Strong 11 episode anime with very tight story but don't lack a single bit of character development. Can lead to amazing discussion regarding motif and symbolism by both of you. Adapted from famous sport manga by Taiyo Matsumoto. Directed by Masaaki Yuasa (Devilman Crybaby) which one of the most creative man in industry right now. Unique artstyle and direction with a lot of amazing animation sequence. Kensuke Ushio (Chainsaw Man) first work in anime production as Composer. 3. A Place Further Than A Universe (Second personal pick) Wholesome coming of age story just like Haikyuu. Include 4 loveable female manin character that easy to root for. Have various unique setting from small town, big city, overseas country, and finaly South Pole. Finish in 12 episode but leave lasting impression. Directed by Atsuko Ishizuka (No Game No Life) which one of the most famous female anime director as we speak. 4. Keep Your Hand Off Eizouken (Outlier pick) Story about how passion and love can create something that everyone thought to be impossible. The making of amateur anime never been this good. 12 episode exploration of what made animation good from the perspective of equally awesome 3 highschool girl. Give you better understanding of anime production technically and spiritually. Directed by none other, Masaaki Yuasa and produce by his newfound studio, Science Saru. Little fanservice as the team itself admit that they took the manga for adaptation because non traditional design of the female main character and because this is Yuasa anime after all.
Eizouken is an amazing left field choice!!! But might not be as satisfying to watch because of the single, but not... contained (?), season. But damn I love that so so much!
Eizouken is a no for me, i watch about 3 eps and just not excited enough to continue.. Anw what's the Japanese title for the Ping pong one? I used an application that only use the Japanese title..
Highly recommend Baby Steps if you haven't seen it before. Its not finished & might never be finished, but its still really good imo. Also Kotaro Lives Alone is super wholesome, but also a roller coaster of emotions (sorta similar to March Comes in like a Lion)
definitely recommend "Run With the Wind" next. It's AMAZING others like Ping Pong the Animation, A Place Further than the Universe and March comes in like a Lion are also good :)
What a ride, I wasn't around when you guys had started reacting to it but when I did find you guys I found myself watching all the previous ones too. You guys really are so good on this, offer really good, thoughtful criticism, even understand a lot of the emotions behind characters and their backstories unlike so many other people, lot of people watch the show but very few understand it as you guys, especially Lindsay and her magic bal of predictions...I too wish that new season comes out soon so I can watch along and according to rumors, there's a chance they might actually announce it when today or tomorrow!! Thank you!!!
Btw there’s a countdown going on Haikyuu’s official website, so we should get some big announcement by tomorrow, or on the 19th during the Haikyuu Day. Fingers crossed confirmation of season 5?!
@@vortigern_oberon_117 Definitely would have preferred 1 season and then a movie for the SPOILERS. I guess I'm ok with this, but I'm not really sure how two movies will work with the what's left to adapt.
@@stephaniejohnson5361 Well yea, but that's the point, right? It's either skip Fukurodani, shorten and lessen the impact of Karasuno vs Nekoma which is one of the best and most important matches in the series and then have the first movie end on a loss to Kamomedai, which means the first movie would suck, frankly. Or show Karasuno/Nekoma and the Fukurodani match in the first movie and try and cram in Karasuno/Kamomedai, Brazil and MSBY/Addlers all into the second movie. Either way, things are getting shortchanged or left out entirely and their emotional impact is getting drained.
I would say that Run with the Wind is an easy answer to what to watch next, but I would also recommend something like Sangatsu no Lion or Chihayafuru, all 3 are amazing shows!
I watched run with the wind and now just dropped it on eps 12, i thought it's a boring show but someone said that he/she was think the same way before but in the end it's really worth it. Is it really worth it??
They actually announced today that two movies are in production to be released (probably) in August 2023, so they'll probably cover karasuno vs nekoma match in it but they named it "Haikyuu Final" and everyone is confused because there are like 8 manga volumes left and we're wondering if they'll manage to fit all of it in just two movies!
I'm using a translator, sorry! While watching your reactions, I was happy to see Haikyuu again! In Japan, the number of people playing volleyball has increased due to the influence of Haikyuu manga and anime! Some even become players! Haikyuu does a great job of drawing any opposing team. That's why I like it! And as you say, Haikyuu has a lot of things to share with people who play sports and those who don't, and it teaches us a lot! A while after the anime aired, most of the club activities couldn't be held due to the coronavirus, and there were many juniors (including inter-high ) who were sad. But Haikyuu sent them ale. It's really wonderful to be absorbed in something and work hard! And there will always be times when it is not fun, but it will definitely make us grow. A very satisfying Haikyuu(*^^*)I can't wait for next season! I am so happy to see you guys! Excited to hear something announced tomorrow! I love Haikyuu ♥ I love your reactions too ♥Thankyou!
I dunno how, but you guys managed to make this episode go out less than a day before the announcement of season 5 (there's a countdown on Haikyu official site and everybody is nearly sure it will be about season 5)
I would say Ace of diamond. The protagonist, like Hinata, starts from the bottom and improves over time. It has one of the most satisfying developments I've seen. The series also has quite entertaining matches and with moments of great tension and emotion.
I wish they included the scene where Inarizaki's cheer squad met with Saeko and her Taiko Squad while leaving the gym and shook hands too. And Ace of Diamond would be one of the best anime I could recommend too. P.S. by the time I wrote this there's only 4 hrs left on Haikyuu's official site about an announcement they'll be making
This show and Mob Psycho inspired me to start lifting few years ago which has helped me tremendously with my mental and physical health. All these years later I still watch reactions to these shows whenever I need that extra push to improve myself. Really enjoyed going through the series again with you guys, excited to see whatever show you'll tackle next!
Run with the wind and March comes in like a lion would be great to see on this channel. Thank you very much either way for your content so far, been throroughly enjoying it!
Run with the Wind and Diamond no Ace are some of my favorite sports animes but another great show I never see reactions to but absolutely adore is Silver Spoon! It’s by the creator of Fullmetal Alchemist and while it’s not about sports, it gave me the same wholesome feels as Haikyuu. Imagine a sports anime but the sport is farming, that’s Silver Spoon.
Maaaaan what a ride, thank you so much for giving this incredible anime a chance! 🥹 I really hope the HQ fandom sticks around cuz you deserve a bigger community full of nice and chill people :)
This has seriously been such a great reaction to Haikyuu!!!! Some of my Sports Anime recs: 1. Run with the Wind - has a very similar feeling and art style to the first 3 seasons of Haikyuu 2. Baby Steps - 2nd favorite (Haikyuu is 1st) even tho its not finished and might not ever be finished. super underrated imo 3. Ace of Diamond - 3rd favorite but its 150 episodes and only like halfway to 2/3 finished in the story Non Sports Anime rec: Kotaro Lives Alone - sorta reminds me of March Comes in like a Lion even tho the stories are different. Basically a roller coaster of emotions but also very wholesome
Hajime no Ippo, Diamond No ace, kuroko no basketbal run with the wind. Major and Slam dunk are pretty lit but they are old and for football(soccer) there's Blue lock and Aoashi(my personal fav). Any Aoashi fans here👇
Karasuno v. Nekoma is the equivalent of the "Unstoppable Force" against the "Immovable Object", the reason why they are not only opponents but rivals. I can't wait to see the match animated to film. Also, if you don't feel like spoiling yourself, don't watch the teaser trailer because it uses so many key manga panels. Just know we'll have a two-part film planned for 2023!
Run with the wind is easily the choice I'd suggest next but I would also suggest ace of diamond and Kuroko no basket (a bit different than haikyuu but still fun imo) and march comes in like a lion as others have said it's really amazing
Ace of Diamond is an amazing sports anime. You should definitely give it a shot. It's more of a slow burn than Haikyuu, but the character development and matches are top tier.
I really enjoyed Assisination Classroom. It is very much more a focus on classroom and growth and less insane killing as the name might imply. My two favourite sports anime is Eyeshield 21 and Kuroko no Basuke. I love Eyeshield 21, it is about football and overcoming fear and very quirky characters. The story/journey is really good and just has one main flaw from Japanese early 2000 mindset. Kuroko no Basuke is basketball with a really good story.
the journey is already over. Time has flown. Thanks for reacting to this anime, it's been very happy months for me I discovered this channel thanks to Haikyu and I will continue to follow you for the other shows because you are now part of my days. Can't wait for you to react to Season 5! It will be more and more exciting! THANK YOU and IKKEE KARASUNO🖤🧡
there’s a countdown for an announcement tomorrow in the official haikyuu website and everyone is expecting for it to be the announcement of season 5 😭 it’s about time!!
It has been a fun journey! Excited to see more haikyuu reactions in the future, as well as the replacement show :) Run With the Wind as others are saying, is absolutely amazing! Funny how Haikyuu! FINAL was announced same day as this was uploaded hahah :D
Haikyuu is something else, not only in sports anime but for anime and manga in general. But if want to look some other sports anime: Run With The Wind (Anime about running competition, history and animation really look like Haikyuu and the soundtrack is also from Yuki Hayashi!) Hajime No Ippo (Boxe anime, old stuff but absolutely amazing) Aoashi (New soccer anime, pretty good so far)
Hello! Just a heads-up, Lindsay & Carson: it is announced that Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle is expected to be available on Crunchyroll for Europe and the U.S. a few weeks after it premieres on Netflix for select Asian regions on October 31.
@@BOLDcast Hello once again! It is actually just released over an hour ago (5:00pm PT) in CRUNCHYROLL as well in these regions----North America, Central America, South America, Europe (excluding France), Africa (excluding Southern Africa), Oceania, the Middle East and CIS----so check it out now!
Something similar to Haikyuu I like is Ao ashi it’s a soccer anime but you want to wait around for blue lock instead that’s fine but I also LOVE Kuroko no basket/Kuroko’s basketball it’s basically dramatic magic ish basketball but all the characters are amazing and the author of it actually helped out the author of haikyuu so there are some similarities
These are more of anime I'd be waiting for you to watch: DEFINETELY "Violet Evergarden", "My Dress Up Darling" too!!, "Great Pretender" is A RIDE, "Avatar the Last Airbender" is a classic", "Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song", "Mushoku Tensei""86" has great cinematography, and "Deca Dence". Take your pick, IMO these are all amazing shows that especially the ones at the start. Maybe list them down for the future!
Couple of things. One: There is a Haikyuu announcement coming in the next 24hrs, Two: Karasuno has *never* beaten Nekoma. Not even in the *practice* games.
Theres a Countdown on The official haikyuu webside pointing towards saturday. After it runs out there will probably drop the season 5 trailer because a week ago they confirmed season 5 after half a year rumors
My favorite anime is Mob Psycho. Great animation, like Haikyuu really positive vibes that people can relate to. About building yourself up and not hiding in fantasy.
Cant believe we are now at the end of the season. Ive been here since the first season first episode. As a substitute for this show, I recommend three animes that are popular, especially for reactors. These are "That time I got reincarnated as a slime" ( you reacted to the opening a year ago so I hoped you will react but you didnt), Black Clover, and Assasination classroom.
the manga readers (including me) are especially happy because there's so much more amazing stuff like this will be coming soon as next seasons. this show is hands down, one of he greatest
Karasuno have never won a single set against Nekoma. Just to remind you how badly they've done against them. Things that'sd be cool to see you do: Your Lie in April Slam Dunk -very dated but Haikyu owes a huge debt to it and I've never seen anyone react to it. One of the most beloved (and highest selling) Shonen series of all time.
personally, as a newer viewer my recommendations might not me important but I feel like Sword Art Online is a show that I like a lot and I know lots of people have watched so that could be an option since this community is a lot more positive and nice than most others, but a more generic friendly show could be Classroom of the Elite, Tonikaku Kawaii, and Bunny Girl Senpai. Hope I could help at the very least! p.s. SAO has a few uncomfortable parts at the end of the first season but the show is relatively wholesome and feels good to watch. This show holds such a special place in my heart since I found it at a low point in my life and it helped me find some purpose and reason :)
Cant thank yall enough for recommending this show and thank god i catched up with u guys on the reactions really loved the uncuts nd one of the best ive seen by far loiking forward to the podcast eps nd for S5 thank you.
My Reccomendations: 1 Great Teacher Onizuka 2. Ping Pong the Animation 3. HxH Im not sure how well the first two are gonna do view wise but itll be great if you guys watched it. Haikyuu reactions were awesome and wholesome cant wait to see your reactions for season 5. Been hearing nothing but praises for upcoming season.
If you still want some haikyuu content there are drama cd-s, they're come w the blue-rays but they are up on TH-cam too. I personally would like too see reaction to them but idk how others feel about it
The tournament has a set number of qualifiers so there won't be an odd number of teams, and the top 4 to 8 teams always get seeded and a bi. Its done so the two best team's don't end up on the same side of bracket and have a chance to play in the finals. Would suck if they ended up playing in the very first round or something.
@@werrath2030 Yeah SS1 might not feel like haikyuu level greatness but the manga is certainly the same level or above imo, both of them are really gr8 and hope both of em get renewed for new seasons.
Regarding next show: As far as Sports anime is concered Diamond no Ace is absolute thing of beauty - It has a great arc without the "mcguffins" of the Main Character being someone insanely unique - he must work just as hard as anyone else to make it and it has a really good in depth story like Haikyyu. On the other hand it has some 150 episodes which might be too much?
Hey, I know the suggestion is very different, but I think you guys would like The Good Place! This is the best answer. Kuroko, Ace are tonally so different to Haikyuu. Run is amazing with a similar sweeping soundtrack. But it's so underground so it won't get the same views as a Haikyuu reaction 😭
run with the win is a bit more serious and less fun id say then haikyuu . both are great tho!
Run with the wind seems a bit too serious for my taste, need a bit more of excitement and hype....
@@jacobneron1444 Ace of Diamond is your show. I think it slightly edges Haikyuu dare I say
Yo guys in my opinion Run With The Wind is the perfect replacement it has them nice Haikyuu vibes
Ao ashi
Mine is:
- Diamond no Ace, you'll find a sassy Sawamura 🤣🤣 Long series, but definitely great, deep and full of good comedy and just like Haikyuu, i have so many fave character in DnA.
- Run with the wind, kinda short series but a great one
- Kono Oto Tamare, my fave yet so underrated. Not a sport anime, kinda musical. I also love this anime soooo much.
I'm gonna throw my vote out there and say:
Ace of Diamond (Diamond no Ace)
Or
Run with the wind
Both are glorious but in their own ways ✌🏾
Yassss same choice
Up....
My top 2 best anime Shounen Sports : Ace of Diamond + Haikyuu
Yes both are great recs. Baby steps is also really good
Yeeeees plss. I hope they choose Ace of Diamond, it's just too good.
I would try to list 4 show and several reason why it would really cool for you guys to watch it:
1. Run With the Wind (Popular pick)
Athletic is pretty easy sport to understand.
2. Ping Pong the Animation (First personal pick)
Strong 11 episode anime with very tight story but don't lack a single bit of character development.
3. A Place Further Than A Universe (Second personal pick)
Wholesome coming of age story just like Haikyuu.
4. Keep Your Hand Off Eizouken (Outlier pick)
Story about how passion and love can create something that everyone thought to be impossible.
@@Dee_me Just Ping Pong in Katakana:
ピンポン the Animation. I mean it is old school manga, so the title is definitely nothing fancy.
Highly recommend Baby Steps if you haven't seen it before. Its not finished & might never be finished, but its still really good imo.
Also Kotaro Lives Alone is super wholesome, but also a roller coaster of emotions (sorta similar to March Comes in like a Lion)
@@aoyamariku9065 thanks
definitely recommend "Run With the Wind" next. It's AMAZING
others like Ping Pong the Animation, A Place Further than the Universe and March comes in like a Lion are also good :)
Ao ashi
March comes in like a lion is so sad 😭.
I also recommend Run with the Wind! Not enough people react to this show. It's solid.
Everyone recommending 'Run with the Wind' makes me sooo happy😌
Would be great, but it could also just be a countdown to the V League collaboration as well. I'm really hoping it's a season 5 announcement though.
Well now we're getting 2 movies.
Kinda sad that it's ending so soon 🥲
@@vortigern_oberon_117 Definitely would have preferred 1 season and then a movie for the SPOILERS. I guess I'm ok with this, but I'm not really sure how two movies will work with the what's left to adapt.
@@robertcampbell8070 the chapters are not very long so i think they can fit it in. Though they might skip the fukurodani match
Sangatsu no lion , is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I watched run with the wind and now just dropped it on eps 12, i thought it's a boring show but someone said that he/she was think the same way before but in the end it's really worth it. Is it really worth it??
Yes, Chihayafuru 💪
They actually announced today that two movies are in production to be released (probably) in August 2023, so they'll probably cover karasuno vs nekoma match in it but they named it "Haikyuu Final" and everyone is confused because there are like 8 manga volumes left and we're wondering if they'll manage to fit all of it in just two movies!
Pretty sure there are actually around 12 manga volumes left for this series.
@@wreathoflaurel actually I checked and season 4 ended with like 36th volume so its more like 8 left
But thanks cuz you reminded me to edit my comment
@@aurore9958 I guess I counted wrong, my bad. It's been a while since I read the KaraNeko arc. 😭😭😭 Thanks though!
@@wreathoflaurel no problem, we were both wrong so 😂
"Run with the Wind" or "Ace of Diamond" would be the best! loved all your reactions so far.
Ao Ashi is running right now and is made by the same people as Haikyuu! Has alot of similarities but is also very different.
Yup I love it
Give people what they want! Give us Run With the Wind!
Really enjoyed going through the series again with you guys, excited to see whatever show you'll tackle next!
run with the wind and CHIHAYAFURU theyre both really frikin amazing
Some of my Sports Anime recs:
1. Run with the Wind - has a very similar feeling and art style to the first 3 seasons of Haikyuu
2. Baby Steps - 2nd favorite (Haikyuu is 1st) even tho its not finished and might not ever be finished. super underrated imo
3. Ace of Diamond - 3rd favorite but its 150 episodes and only like halfway to 2/3 finished in the story
Non Sports Anime rec:
Kotaro Lives Alone - sorta reminds me of March Comes in like a Lion even tho the stories are different.
Run with the wind is another good anime as well
Run with the wind is easily the choice I'd suggest next but I would also suggest ace of diamond and Kuroko no basket (a bit different than haikyuu but still fun imo) and march comes in like a lion as others have said it's really amazing
Ace of Diamond is an amazing sports anime. You should definitely give it a shot. It's more of a slow burn than Haikyuu, but the character development and matches are top tier.
Really enjoyed watching Haikyuu with you two! My vote's for Ace of Diamond: Sawamura's journey is the epitome of Satisfying!
What about aoashi? It's definitely most realistic and op sports anime
Up.. specially Assassination Classroom
Run with the wind is a must see
the journey is already over. Time has flown. Thanks for reacting to this anime, it's been very happy months for me
I discovered this channel thanks to Haikyu and I will continue to follow you for the other shows because you are now part of my days.
Can't wait for you to react to Season 5! It will be more and more exciting! THANK YOU and IKKEE KARASUNO🖤🧡
Run with the wind! Run with the wind! Run with the wind! Sorry, I really liked that show. Hope you guys watch it. Awesome reaction so far
Please watch Run with the Wind!!!! It's extremely wholesome as well and made by the same studio and the same music composer! Absolutely beautiful!
We just started watching it and love it already! Well be announcing it on our community tab soon!
Very little ppl have watched Run With the Wind👀 it’s short but very underrated just like the sport
"But the one who usually passes out first is surprisingly awake."
With just that intro, I'm staying on this channel for whatever show you come up with
The "Vs Failing Marks" Ova of Haikyuu, have you guys watched it?) It's in Ani-one-Asia TH-cam channel
Now that we know that there will be 2 films to adapt the end of the manga, I look forward to see your reaction to it !
there’s a countdown for an announcement tomorrow in the official haikyuu website and everyone is expecting for it to be the announcement of season 5 😭 it’s about time!!
I also want you to react Run with The Wind but if you watch some intensity too go watch Chihayafuru.
Run with the wind is really good
It has been a fun journey! Excited to see more haikyuu reactions in the future, as well as the replacement show :)
Run With the Wind as others are saying, is absolutely amazing!
Funny how Haikyuu! FINAL was announced same day as this was uploaded hahah :D
Haikyuu is something else, not only in sports anime but for anime and manga in general. But if want to look some other sports anime:
Run With The Wind (Anime about running competition, history and animation really look like Haikyuu and the soundtrack is also from Yuki Hayashi!)
Hajime No Ippo (Boxe anime, old stuff but absolutely amazing)
Aoashi (New soccer anime, pretty good so far)
Hello! Just a heads-up, Lindsay & Carson: it is announced that Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle is expected to be available on Crunchyroll for Europe and the U.S. a few weeks after it premieres on Netflix for select Asian regions on October 31.
Nice thank you very much
So it will be available for everyone on the 31st or a few weeks after?
Haikyuu final movie teaser was just aired. You should watch it guys
There's currently a countdown on the official Haikyuu website with 19 hours remaining. Praying for season 5
I’d definitely love to see a kuroko no basuke reaction. While not as realistic it’s still enjoyable and relatable to an extent as well
These are more of anime I'd be waiting for you to watch:
DEFINETELY "Violet Evergarden", "My Dress Up Darling" too!!, "Great Pretender" is A RIDE, "Avatar the Last Airbender" is a classic", "Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song", "Mushoku Tensei""86" has great cinematography, and "Deca Dence". Take your pick,
IMO these are all amazing shows that especially the ones at the start. Maybe list them down for the future!
Violet evergarden needs too much tissue 😅😅
Run with the wind❤️
Couple of things.
One: There is a Haikyuu announcement coming in the next 24hrs,
Two: Karasuno has *never* beaten Nekoma. Not even in the *practice* games.
Theres a Countdown on The official haikyuu webside pointing towards saturday. After it runs out there will probably drop the season 5 trailer because a week ago they confirmed season 5 after half a year rumors
You guys finished s4 reaction sooo perfect timing!
s5 will be announced tomorrow!!
Ao Ashi is a good sport anime to get into it’s new and fresh. Ace of Diamond is good too but a slow burn.
My favorite anime is Mob Psycho. Great animation, like Haikyuu really positive vibes that people can relate to. About building yourself up and not hiding in fantasy.
What’s scary is that Karasuno isn’t seen as the underdog anymore while Nekoma is now seen that way going into this match.
Gintama pls
Run with the wind.
Lindsay got it. Inarizaki being top 2 in Inter High meant they were seeded, along with Itachiyama, the champion, and only played on Day 2.
the manga readers (including me) are especially happy because there's so much more amazing stuff like this will be coming soon as next seasons. this show is hands down, one of he greatest
Karasuno have never won a single set against Nekoma. Just to remind you how badly they've done against them.
Things that'sd be cool to see you do:
Your Lie in April
Slam Dunk -very dated but Haikyu owes a huge debt to it and I've never seen anyone react to it.
Run with the wind
Run With The Wind is probably one of my favorite animes ever.
Ao Ashi, Run With the Wind, Kuroko no Basket.
make yourself a favor and watch "run with the wind"
Cant thank yall enough for recommending this show and thank god i catched up with u guys on the reactions really loved the uncuts nd one of the best ive seen by far loiking forward to the podcast eps nd for S5 thank you.
haikyu official website is doing a countdown that is about nine hours away from a suspected season 5 announcement.
My Reccomendations:
1 Great Teacher Onizuka
2. Ping Pong the Animation
3. HxH
Im not sure how well the first two are gonna do view wise but itll be great if you guys watched it.
Haikyuu reactions were awesome and wholesome cant wait to see your reactions for season 5.
Been hearing nothing but praises for upcoming season.
If you still want some haikyuu content there are drama cd-s, they're come w the blue-rays but they are up on TH-cam too. I personally would like too see reaction to them but idk how others feel about it
Run with the wind please!
As a Haikyu fan I like kuroko no basket
I like aoashi too and I binged kuroko in 2 days lol
@@nihalbhamrah4726 I haven’t started it yet I’m looking forward to it and blue lock
Higher seeds in tournaments usually get a by somewhere if it works out that way in the bracket
Ao ashi guys same studio as haikyuu and its focused in character growth
+1 on that, though not as good as Haikyuu yet imo, there are some great parallells between Hinata and Aoi
@@werrath2030 Yeah SS1 might not feel like haikyuu level greatness but the manga is certainly the same level or above imo, both of them are really gr8 and hope both of em get renewed for new seasons.
@@werrath2030 yep there are some parallels the manga though was epic i think i could relate more to ao ashi since i played football/soccer before
hajime no ippo is my 2nd fav sports anime. it’s about boxing and it’s a classic
Haikyuu Final Movie is here wooooooooooo🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Regarding next show:
As far as Sports anime is concered Diamond no Ace is absolute thing of beauty - It has a great arc without the "mcguffins" of the Main Character being someone insanely unique - he must work just as hard as anyone else to make it and it has a really good in depth story like Haikyyu.
On the other hand it has some 150 episodes which might be too much?
in 18 hours, the haikyuu website is announcing something, they have a countdown there
Hey, I know the suggestion is very different, but I think you guys would like The Good Place!
I think it does something similar to haikyuu in a sense of making you feel good and giving an inspirational perspective for life. It's also amazingly written
Anyway, I'm so happy I found your haikyuu reactions!
Keep up the good work 💙💙💙
If you love Haikyuu then you'll most likely like Run with the wind too. Mannn now i think about it, I miss them so much. Fyi season 5 is confirmed 👌
Gin no Saji (Silver Spoon) IT's a beautiful show, or Natsume Yuujinchou, another chill and beautiful show
thanks to you guys too. haikyuu is prob one of my fav anime of all times. shows that i kinda have about same amount of fun watching are assasination classroom, one punch man and mha . all of them are fun and lighthearted like haikyuu and get really good hype moments as well. tho i will try to stick around no matter what u watch.
Edit- seeing comments reminded me of hajime no ippo. it might not be my favourite but i know u will like it.
Gotta put this on the end reaction. I really enjoyed your reactions on the whole series, one of the best ones for sure and i can really feel how invested u are, and this is by far my favourite manga. As Lindsay said at end, it really affected the way i want to do things like competing and stuff. I still remember looking at your community tab everyday while u guys were on hiatus, hoping for u guys to come back x). I would really enjoy your reactions to Run with the Wind (I've seen this being requested a lot already). I would love your reactions to Haijme no Ippo aswell, but i have no clue about the popularity of the anime.
I really look forward to the new show whatever it may be u decide for :)
Kono Oto Tomare and Chihayafuru brought me to Haikyuu. They are really underrated, and really really good! 💪
Kuroko no basket, it's a great show about basketball, it's awesome, and it was a great journey, Haikyuu it's really an amazing show, and you guys are amazing reactors!!
inarizaki got a buy since they were second placed in the last tournament. i think itachiyama, last time winners, had a pass at the first round aswell.
