Yes absolutely you can! 20 is a great age to start working on your flexibility and overall fitness - you’re young and your body is done growing. For balance, this will help: th-cam.com/video/mOnXd04jkng/w-d-xo.html (Some of these may be cheerleading exercises but they are really good for everyone working on balance!)

probably at least 3 times a week minimum. But make sure not to overdo it too, make sure you give your body breaks
