I noticed the Audio on the webcam is a bit misaligned from the video...I think this was my fault, bringing the recording from OBS into resolve and not having the tracks matched up. There is probably a better process flow than what I am using.
Good video. So, what camera were you using to start this video and how much does that one cost? Was your audio coming from the camera also, or do you use a separate mic?
Thank You. On all of my videos I list the equipment used to record it in the description....almost every video is different. On this video I was using the Panasonic G85 with a Senal MC24 shotgun mic. I like using Panasonic and Olympus due to the quality vs price, and there are a ton of lenses for the m4/3 platform. My older videos I was using Sony and my more current videos I am using Canon. I just like to be familiar with the different offerings, and i am not switching around due to any preference. If you are looking for a budget vlog style camera, your key to look for is a mic input, and save money for better lenses. Panasonic has a lot of good options that you can even pick up used from B&H for good prices. The G7 and G85 are good. The Canon Eos M50 is good as well. If you browse my videos you will get samples of a variety of different audio and video gear and you can get the details in the descriptions.
