I started my container gardening on my patio 1 month ago I have green onions, thyme, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, kale, Swiss chards, sweet potatoes, mint, garlic, ginger, purple cabbage and carrots. I just started germinating strawberries please wish me well.:-)
Thank goodness someone finally addressed my concern about growing eggplant in a smaller styled container. However, one question first. What is a smart pot? Did you grow a dwarf variety of eggplant or regular size and how did it turn out? I am thinking of planting mine in a gallon sized milk container.

New subscriber, great video! I used to container grow many years ago in college. Containers are perfect mini gardens for seniors that don't want to run to the store for expensive veggies that they can grow themselves.
Thank you for this! I’m looking to plant lettuce, kale, green onions and peppers. I have a pack of herb seeds first and I think basil and cilantro are in the package! I’m so excited
Thanks for the video! It's 4/20 today; we'll probably get at least one or two snows before I can grow outside. But this video told me a lot I didn't know.
I have kale, Swiss chard, butter crunch lettuce, Thai chilies, jalapeño just to name a few. I hope I have good luck with seeds instead of starts. Will seeds work? Thanks for the video. I will keep watching for more info. Thanks again from. Alabama
i think they like the cold but not the freezing and not the heat..maybe in full shade outside in summer and full sun in winter.. also your plant might just be adapted to the weather you provided from inside.. try planting seeds outside and then it will be acclimated to that temperature already

I've never done strawberries from seed, let me know how that goes
Well structured video without a lot of blabla! I actually felt like I got more information than out of most 15min vids on similar topics.
I bout about 700 1 gallon and 5 gallon containers for the lockdown. Have perpetual salad growing all over. Can feed my animals too.
700? How much space do you have?
Perfect for vegetarian 👌
I'm using smart pots. I'm growing potatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, lettuces, herbs, watermelons and tomatoes. I'll plant peas and green beans soon. Go crazy!
I'm thinking of planting some green bean seeds soon with some of my extra containers

I grow most of my plants from seeds. Depending on where you live it might be a bit late for growing peppers from seed.
It's good
I can grow basil success indoor by the window but every time I moved them outside they slowly die .
Could be too cold at night or too hot during the day
