The problem is, where are you going to put it? Finding a purpose for this can't be that hard, but getting it disassembled and shipped sounds really expensive, and also you probably need special permissions to get this installed plus more money getting it assembled. By the time you add all those costs you are probably better off building/buying something similar to open your bar or restaurant.

What kind of organization outside of an F1 team would have a use for one of these motorhomes? (Also, at this point can we keep calling them motorhomes? They started out as trucks and trailers that expanded to these living quarters, but clearly at this point they are just mobile buildings, they're no longer self contained.) The only real reason I can think to buy one of these is to strip it for parts and rebuild into something else.
They’re literally just massive somewhat-modular container homes at this point. Like NASCAR has actual motorhomes/haulers still and they’re prolly never gonna change bc they’re so iconic and just fulfill whatever needs they have
As someone else said above you could buy this and open an F1 themed bar and grill etc.. there's many ideas to make money with this. Failing that you could just live in it.
This will make a unique home anywhere you put it. 1/2m is steep but not crazy tbh. But I guess the reno to make it livable will be another huge outlay given this is so customized to host meals and guest and not sleeping.

If I had the money I would buy this for a business. Negotiate down the price get it put on abit of land with a kids cart track next to it. Buy some race memorabilia. Serve food and drink out of it. Make it a real experience.

I watched several tour videos of motorhomes/facilities, and almost all of them make no mention of showers. Given how hot and sweaty they get, surely they are around somewhere?!
They had to remove refueling (and make the cars so big as a result they can’t race together anymore) becuase shipping a pump is too expensive, but bringing a hospitality center around that takes 8 semi trucks with of cargo to each race so corporate guests can ignore the race in comfort? Makes total financial sense.

this was their last race, before they went bankrupt and closed. Stroll then came in and bought the team. They normally have 2-3 different motorhomes, that they shift around the world. The same one isnt used in every race to save on transport costs
