Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 500 gm
Tomato - 4-5 finely chopped
Asfotedia / Hing - 1/4th tsp
Tej Patta - 2
Moti elaichi - 2 crushed
Laung / Clove - 3 crushed
Green Cardomom - 3
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Sunth / Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4th tsp
Cinamom /Dalchini Powder - 1/4th tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Kasuri methi 1tbs
Salt as per taste
Water
Oil
Shahi Jeera / Black Cumin - ½ tsp
