Mario has to put up with a lot of crap that gets in his way of saving a selfish princess and these are many ways he can just be killed trying to save her. This is Mario's first Adventure... maybe the next adventure he goes she won't need saving :P

This made me feel much better about all of my Mario deaths in the original game; it's easier to laugh at these things when I see someone else dealing with worse.

69: 'Till Death Do Us Part' EPIC FAIL 2020
Still the best Mario game ever. Also, because I am so used to the 'stiff' controls of this game, I can't play Super Mario World anymore. Plus, there is too much to do in Super Mario World. The original has the basics: you and Mario. Get from one side of the level to the other, discovering secrets and tricks along the way. And the levels aresuper short, which makes dying a lot less frustrating. Favourite way of playing: on the Game & Watch, so I can quit and continue wherever and whenever I want.
