im glad nowadays the entertainment industry treatment is better. in the past, you hear lots of "mean seniors/producers etc who look down on juniors/newbies" and worse if you are from a small company, and the juniors get treated better once they are more popular and gain seniority. like in this clip, some hosts even openly admit that they wouldnt have acted a certain way if they knew the idol would become this popular today, or that they now act differently because the idol is now popular. suga/bts has also talked about this unfair treatment before and hoping to create a more pleasant environment for the juniors. there are also many uncomfortable things shows made idols do in the past, or make them rank themselves which without a doubt will cause low self esteem and mental issues.
