I'm ready to move in except for the kitchen being a bit too small. However, as I'll be moving in with Key and Minho, Key will do the cooking so I don't need to worry.
For a condo in California, that's cheap. In the Mid West and the South it would be expensive. That's what the average new condos look like. I wouldn't call that an apartment.
