Oh my these look so delicious I like how you remove your chocolate cups from the dixie cups most others show how they cut a slit put a piece of tape and peel the paper back it seems simpler this way and the gauche looks so yummy can wait to make
Thank you!! I’ve never seen anyone make these little cups look so easy. I hope that I can do it because they looked wonderful! You are so creative. Really appreciate you sharing your talents ❤
Omg where the hell have you been?!! 😂😂 I absolutely love this tutorial! I’m getting up and making some of these right now! I have everything to make them!! Thank you!
It looks very delicious. I tried making it and used Belgian chocolate. The problem is that the chocolate cup melts quickly when I make it and it is expensive. Do you recommend another type of chocolate?
Hello Areesa! These are super cute! I just tried making these and am running into some issues. I used chocolate wafers and when I pour the chocolate into the cup, it doesn't move as smoothly as yours. It also cracks after I remove it from the fridge. Would you be able to provide some insight? Thank you!!
Hi! Thank you!! Oh no! Hmmm a few reasons why the chocolate is thicker… 1) It’s old or it’s been stored incorrectly (temperature changes in your house or the store you bought it from). 2) It got too hot in the microwave (melt for 15-30 seconds at a time and stir in between, stop when it’s almost all melted and stir until it’s all melted). 3) Every brand is different, maybe try a different one (I use Foleys). But the thicker chocolate might work if you spread it inside the cup with a spoon or offset spatula! It’s probably either cracking because the chocolate layer is too thin or because of the temperature change. Try a thicker coating of chocolate and don’t leave it in the fridge for too long (check after about 5 min) so it sets but doesn’t get too cold. Hope this helps!! Let me know how it turns out :)
@@Areesa Hello Areesa, thank you so much for your detailed response. I think you were right about the chocolate. They turned out perfect the second time around. Again, much appreciated :).
After you coat the inside of the cups with the chocolate how long do you refrigerate before filling them with whatever you plan to fill them with? I would think you'd have to keep them refrigerated till you're about to use them otherwise they would melt. I was thinking of filling some with a tiramisu filling (i.e. Margherite cookie, tiramisu, cookie, tiramisu, cocoa), and then a swirl of whipped cream and a Bing cherry on top.
Up to 5 days or so in the fridge. Maybe a couple hours outside the fridge, but it depends on how cold it is and what you’re comfortable with since there is cream inside.
I tried this but used paramount crystals to help thin it out. I think that’s where I went wrong ? They kept cracking . Do you think that was the issue ?
As someone who hates warm drinks and likes chocolate milk. I would totally Eat these look yummy to eat. Probably good as a chocolate bomb what do i Know hahah
Vegan Marshmello in a DAIRY CREAM chocolate ganache Just saying I'd edit the video and leave out the fact that there vegan, it may be misleading to some. However I'm not vegan and they look amazing, I'm definitely going to try these thank you 😊
I’m not sure how it’s misleading as I never said or implied that these truffle cups are vegan. There are a lot of people, who aren’t vegan, that can’t or choose not to eat marshmallows because they contain gelatin. Vegan marshmallows don’t contain gelatin so they’re a great option for a lot of people 😊
