I can hear a distinct difference between the real sax and the recorded music played through the speakers. The speakers are giving us maybe 80% of the real sound.
Interesting experiment. But the speakers play with advantage, they are 2 and the sound is more full and richness than the real saxo.. The only 2 problems I find in the a Tannoy Westminster GR are the price and the aesthetic that it's too clasic for me but the sound is... Glorious. I would like to hear one pair of these compared against JBL Everest.... The JBL are double in price... Should it the sound double better...?
As long as I don't listen to jazz or classical music, I can skip buying all those pricey speakers, right? I don't need my setup to sound like the real thing, I just want it to sound nice.

that is great result (y)
also this particular recording is not the best for this duel, but that what this saxophonist wished for
Lepo..👏👍
Pozdrav iz Srbije..
děkuji
It's closer to 90% and you could eek out another 2-3% by changing the amps
Nice!
we will try again with my new cables, I believe result will be even better
perhaps the "Tannoise" should have get more power? Just a little bit more?
sure, the volume was lower the it should be, I like to try this again with my recent configuration, it should be better, I am sure of it
@@dzyan01 but, unindependent from power this speaker is speechless. Be sadisfied.

Sax player has a much fuller sound, better tonality.
The recorded sax sounds tiny.
it should be, the recording is very weak, sax is not real on the recording, but it was a choice of the sax player
Live sax player is useless compared to the recorded one.

the source of the sax sucks to compare it with a real one.
It should be all-analog such as real tape or one-step vinyl.
funny you recognize it sucks when it is recorded with mobile phone :)
