Those guys have way to much faith in those bottle jacks in the dirt.
Are you going to subsidize a Bendpak lift?
You know it TRC. I'd have those tire and rims stacked up underneath in case of (god forbid) a earthquake shows up.
Good stuff gentlemen
Pakastani truck rule number one: if it aint overloaded it wont make money.
You guys are amazing mechanics . Tell the driver not to let them overload him like that . One rock was to much , 2 rocks was major overload . Just because it will fit doesn't mean it will carry it . Thank you guys for doing an amazing job.
they overload the hell out of their trucks. they get the truck in, rebuild the frame and suspension way heavier, and then still break them.
Twice as much pay. 10ton weight limit.. 90ton = more money 😂
Should last another 30 miles or so, great job...the dirt and sand will help break in the old bearings too.
Much like valve grinding compound!
The sand and dust was actually raining down onto the parts from underneath the tray while they were assembling😂.
The owner of that truck is not stupid to get it repaired spending handsome amount for just thirty miles.
SAnd and oil go together so well during the rebuild
The pinon and ring gear were fried, I don’t care what XP oil you use, with those loads something is going to break.
Damn! Those were some big rocks.
Looking at the rocks and the spring packs..."gee, i wonder why that pinion blew to bits??".
Who needs a torque wrench.
all parts are put to the ultimate breaking point.
maybe it makes noise because its way over the load limit....
Looking at those lumps of stone. Id say one would put those standard axles at max weight.
There's no such thing there 😅
That's why everything is totally mullered by the time it hits the repair shop!.
Load limits ? If fits they load it .
Nahhhhh
Hitting a wrench with a hammer…. Pakistani impact gun??? Seriously, I can’t believe these guys actually work in these conditions with basic hand tools and get anything done. They are truly dedicated to their profession.
And people still hate…
@@NaturalTasanova : who’s hating??? I admire what they do with what they have. I have 100 times the tools and a decent shop to work in and and get less done.
@@scottberry5266 ofc I agree but I love watching these vids for some reason and I always see in the comments ppl saying “it won’t last” “where’s the torque wrench???” “These guys break things” etc
Do the drivers of these trucks understand the meaning of overloading a truck? You guys are fine workers and your trucks are tough so when I see this so regularly I know that somebody is overloading their truck and not just one time or two times but everyday all-day full-time. Either way it's nice to see you fellows working, I envy you you and your energy I also Envy your knees because my knees are utterly shot! I had to have one replaced and I'm waiting on getting the other one replaced. It will not support me anymore. Best regards, Bob from Virginia USA
Greetings from Russia, Bob. I work on an American Peterbilt 387 truck. To you, Bob health and long years.
@@user-dt6yw1sr9b I return your greetings. I hope I find you and your family in good health. If
You are interested, I live in town called Staunton. It is in the state named Virginia. It it the eastern part of the US midway between Florida and Maine.
@@robertordewald8678, Damn TH-cam deletes my posts. Does not allow us to communicate with you🤨
@@user-dt6yw1sr9b actually I goofed my message. I'll fix it later today if I remember either way thanks for the message I really enjoyed hearing from people! Best regards, Bob
But if the drive refused the overload, another driver would do it that's the problem
Strongest and most reliable bottle jacks on the planet!
Looks like government employees in the US, 6 men standing around, 3 doing the actual work. OSHA APPROVED
Everyone's commenting on the huge loads breaking the gears - but it keeps these mechanics employed.
It will be back soon overloaded again
Remember to torque bolts to manufacturers specifications.
Hey phone guy, thanks for helping out 🙄.
Ремонт и техника безопасности поражает! Еще говорят в России плохо чинят😂
тут реальный "на кортах кастом"
Раз они о ней не слышали значит её нет!😂😂😂
их много,как китайцев....
This Guys are Artists .In my Garage we can make the same repair, but not better Amazing
The entire weight of the rear end is held by two bottle jacks, there’s no way I would ever take that risk. It’s not that they don’t have large steel stands, seen them used many times.😳👎🇦🇺
Especially that one of them is at 10 - 15 ° angle. I love, too, their protective footwear.
They belive theres 100 virgins waiting for them in the afterlife so i doubt they care if if falls on them or not 😊😊😊
torque settings:
1- one guy holds, other uses short ratchet
2- hit end of wrench with hammer
3-150lb dude hangs off end of 3 ft bar (guessing around 300ft/lb for those ring gear bolts)
Good job, but why you do not show to us what parts have been replaced? Bravo pakistani trucks.
If it fits it ships... Apparently max gross is more of a suggestion in Pakistan
New parts it seems, but big heavy rocks will still strain that rear end.
This sort of thing happens when trucks are overloaded way past their rated capacity.
Respect!! Please continue to be safe!! 💪🏽
Preventive maintenace...Who knew they could work anywhere except in the middle of a busy road??
Or fi rulmenți radial axiali cu role dar strînși atît de tare se vor gripa.
Camionu a fost proiectat pentru două punți motoare și după intervenție a rămas la fel ca înainte cu o singură punte motoare.
Thanks for another video at true speed.
Our pleasure!
The younger fellow on the pipe is very good employee. Good work. Stay safe. The USA has eliminated these jobs at home. Thank you.
Once again another good job in the conditions they are in .
I think I would be investing in some rattle guns. They never cease to amaze me.
These guys are good, but only 2 jacks holding that truck up and nothing else. I wouldn't get under that truck.
Try to get no sand in The Barrens and make sure we put it back together everything is torque properly
How's the guy on the phone while his two mates struggle with the diff!
I cant get how only two stones could break that almost new truck 😉
Meseriașii aceștia au si o doză mare de curaj, pe lângă faptul că știu ce au de făcut...
The last 25 seconds of the video is enough to explain all the other videos that "repair" broken hydraulic cylinder rods, damaged excavator buckets, bent booms, bent chassis, broken axles, broken crankshaft, broken gears, snapped suspensions, overheated engine rebuilds.
Que bien . Saludos desde Barranquilla Colombia
You always amaze me with you skills.
Torque it til it smokes, then back it off a half.
パキスタンの方達の技術にただただ驚くばかりです😮
Very interesting to watch
Wonderful job, wonderful team... I'm impressionned, really. RESPECT !👍👍👍👍👍
And dispose of a waste in a environmentally responsible manner which in Pakistan means pour it on the ground to suppress dust.
Broke camel's back ..but repair shops fluorish ..😂😂❤❤ wheel goes round oops world goes round lol😂😂😂
👏👏👏👏 saludos desde arguentina🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
These guys are amazing, such skill in there old school repairs
Keep up the hard work guys. You have my admiration
Break the flange off that one like the ujoint flange
I worked at a used car lot when I was a kid washing cars. I saw things that made me wonder like my boss putting sawdust in a rear, adding water to a gas tank to make it look like there was gas in it. Sand in the engine so they could get the $ putting a new engine in it. Pepper and eggs in the radiator. He made good money, and he would repossess a car if they were 1 day late.
No torque wrench needed. Tighten up just before the bolt snaps.
In this part of the world parts are worth far more than labor. I wonder how carefully they adjusted the new gear mesh ? Of course if they are going to haul several times the capacity of the truck , then fine adjustments are probably not important.
Proof anything can be done with basic hand tools . And yet I’m here stuck on taking my torque converter bolts off my 4L60e on my 99 Silverado because they have 8mm Allen key bolts on and no space for any tools . And it’s only 3 damn bolts . I tried welding the 8mm bold onto it and nothing
"That ain't your daddy's R&P"... Very cleaver use of the axle as a stand-in ring & pinion holder. I thought at first they were converting that truck into a Wide Track Pontiac™. I doubt that R&P needs to be to "dialed in" since it probably only rotates about once a mile? Very impressive however :O) That "spring stack" is huge. I haven't seen a stack that big since iHop's "all you can eat" special (some US humor: - OK, I'll show myself out now) Cheers and thumbs up from the U.S. (yep, us). p.s. I'm glad they were able to get their rocks off before jacking that puppy up. Just saying.
Good brow 👍
Parabéns pelo trabalho 👏👏
The original hammer socket/wrench!
Not a single one gives a smile ?!?!?!?
would you smile if you had to break yourself to get a nut off, 40 mins work which could be 2 minutes with a cheap impact driver
You guys need some Harbor Freight tools. With $100 worth of tools you could probably save 500 man hours a year.
$100 is a lot o money in some countries.
A job for everyone and everyone has a job and EATS
*O V E R L O A D E D*
The content is good and interesting to watch, but there are too many commercials. I don't recall this many commercials when I first started watching a few years ago. So, I'm going to look for alternative channels without so many commercial interruptions.
Very hard workers!
Gentlemen PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM JACKS use some wood blocks to hold up the truck.
Я бы не стал это делать в шлепках 😂
Молодцы 😊.
Great job in tough conditions
Привет мастерам классным 👍

The reverse bolting of the half shaft onto the wheel hub to assist the repair was a touch of genius.
Started at 13:20 .
Интересно они знают что такое гайковёрт..!?😊😂😂🤦
Torque to pipe tight, it's in service data.
aside, what do they use those enormous rocks for?
Marble rocks.
기술 좋네요
Nice vodeo
I like the way the trucks are painted in rainbow colors and that the employees are allowed to wear dresses on the job. 🌈
4x6 truck ?
Super job ! 👍
Thank you very much!
@@pakistanitruck You're very welcome !
The oil is so black looks like the use old engine oil for the diff
Imagine what they could do with aircgun a rachettes an modern tools
How much is a job like this with parts and labor?
Parts are too expensive ..that's why the repair and make do..
They don't have an inpact wrench
Họ quá tài giỏi
At 14 minutes, he's on his phone. Totally unsafe work practice to use a phone while on the shop floor!
