    That was truly an overloaded trailer, no wonder he broke an axel. I understand that you got to move product to make money but you got to take care of your equipment also. Good luck to the driver, hope he makes his destination.

      @cwmbc ปีที่แล้ว +38

      they never learn. they put heavier springs on everything. yet fail to appreciate axle load. there must be 3 trailer loads of weight on one trailer. yet it only has normal wheel bearings and axles. for what the driver makes per delivery he then looses in downtime and repairs.

      its cheaper to overload the truck and pay for repairs than to run it with normal weight. honestly it helps everyone out making price of goods cheap enough for people to afford

    • @caddyrack
      @caddyrack ปีที่แล้ว +16

      I doubt it he makes it far, did you see the left tires on the trailer? they were already cambering out, that axle is the NEXT one to break. Down the road there will be another "repair shop" to cater to these overloaded vehicles. Safety is NOT the number one priority, maybe forth......

    Brave guys just doing the repair in the middle of the road, the number of times you hear a horn tells you how bad the driving is

    • @redfordrn
      @redfordrn 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It is very common to honk horns, in many countries around the World, particularly in South Asia, it is not considered rude. The horns sounds you hear are mainly from Trucks and buses and they love to honk their horn, sometimes just to say Hello, to another Truck driver, and sometimes just politely giving a yield horn, to go ahead and make a turn, or come in the lane, or dude I wont be stop in time, sorry just a friendly warning, and drivers appreciate it. Cultural difference. Also Alcohol is banned in Pakistan, so almost no drunk drivers on the road, I am from Pakistan.

    • @gullreefclub
      @gullreefclub ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Growing up I used to see lots of roadside repairs on loaded trucks and when I got older and became a truck mechanic I asked a couple of old timers why they did so much roadside repairs and I was told it was mostly because it was easier to fix them on the side of the road than to tow them back then especially on car transporters which back then could only be flat towed. In a case like this where the trailer broke an axle think how long it would take to unload the trailer onto another truck and trailer especially if it had to be done by hand. I have a good friend that owns a tow company that will tow just about anything anywhere as long as the customer has money and in his fleet of vehicles and equipment he has three forklifts, a couple of skid steers, and wheel loaders and several different trailers and tractors for them so that he can unload a trailer if need be to tow it as well as for accident cleanup to go along with his stretched out hydraulic rotator wrecker with an under-reach. Think about most of the heavy duty tow trucks pre 1990 and most were rather short with Holmes 750’s or 650’s on them. I remember when my buddy got his first hydraulic heavy duty tow truck in 1993 with a under-reach and the first tow I went out with him on I couldn’t believe how much easier it was to tow a truck with it compared to one of his trucks with a 750 on it

      @AAA-sx5ej ปีที่แล้ว

      Your theory is mechanilly bogus, and even the studs themselves are dead cheap at $4.00 a piece. Am more worried about ROR axles. They have no breaks on them, they pose a risk of break failure and a runaway truck. They should at least have used 4 original BWP axles if they are going to overload the truck in this manner.

    • @michaelpage7691
      @michaelpage7691 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AAA-sx5ej What I said was just one of the obvious things….I realise there are a lot of other faults but I was only pointing out that because I have had that happen to me. I had that exact problem with a wheel coming off because a bloody tyre lot over tightened the wheel nuts. As for “bogus” I think you are a little bit too pernickety. Cheers.😁

    Основные причины поломок - это катастрофический перегруз .
    Тут как говорится палка о двух концах. С одной стороны , жаль технику, но с другой стороны , если бы я жил в тех условиях, в которых живут люди, показанные в видео, я вполне возможно, стоял бы перед выбором заработать ещё немного денег, просто потому что количество детей в семье, а я так думаю что это дело в Пакистане происходит, немалое и всех их надо кормить. Поэтому и ездят грузовики с большим перегрузом.
    Я работал в автопредприятии , так вот некоторые "уникальные" водители даже не с полной загрузкой умудрялись погнуть, сломать, вырвать , детали ходовой части полуприцепа или тягача.
    То что существует такая система где можно нанять людей которые на дороге сделают ремонт, далеко не самый лёгкий, это очень хорошо.
    Желаю всем удачи.

    If Pakistani trucks were not routinely overloaded these issues would not occur so regularly.

    This is a disaster waiting to happen, how do you load a trailer like this and not expect it to break down?

    Siete veramente grandi, posso fare una domanda da una persona che non è del mestiere : perché caricare così tanto un mezzo e rischiare di fare questa fine, non solo da voi ma vedo anche in altri paesi asiatici. Rimorchi caricati il doppio e anche di più della portata e diventare matti per riuscire a muoversi. Sicuramente ci sarà un motivo. Comunque siete un esempio di come con poco si può fare tanto ❤❤

    Your spring packs combines or more than 3 times the thickness of the hollow axles combined.
    Just another day in Pakistan

      theyre oversized because the spring packs probably arent as strong as theyre supposed to be so they add extra incase there are defective springs

    Esas son las consecuencias de la sobre carga ! No entiendo esa mentalidad ( se lleva más carga ) pero al final sale más caro, vea el tiempo que se pierde en esto , podría aprovecharlo haciendo otro viaje , además le quita vida al camión, llantas , motor , suspensión, frenos ect ect ect

    El problema con estos camiones y acoplados es que los sobre cargan... por eso quiebran todo material... si bien buscan llevar la mayor cantidad de carga posible, el costo es este... pierden dias enteros después tratando de arreglarlos... con el peligro de accidentes graves que conllevan... amigos pakistaníes carguen menos esos camiones !!! Saludos desde Argentina !

    I guess the axle weight limit for trucks is when the axle breaks or the road gives way that's the limit.
