I get everything. However, is it a positive correlation if x decreases, and y also decreases? I think it is but to graph it wouldn’t you have to put the x and y values in descending order?

What would you conclude from this hypothesis result using beta value and correlation value.
i) There is a positive relationship between compensation and
rider's retention. Beta Value : -0.379 & Pearson : -0.289
ii) There is a positive relationship between communication and rider's retention. Beta Value : -0.159 & Pearson : 0.110
There is no positive relationship between communication and rider's retention. Beta Value: -0.115 & Pearson : -0.136
