Fishing Yuba Lake in Utah.

- My first time at Yuba Lake in Utah we did some shore fishing trying to figure out what kinda fish we could get on the stringer. We did manage to catch some fish and have a fun time. Tried everything we had to catch'em and finally landed on a solid bait. We didn't end up getting to do as much fishing as I would like but hopefully we can get back out this winter.

@@orionprows4944 yeah it was a fun little camping trip. Never made it out on the kayak, gonna have to get back and try dragging the middle this winter.

That's at the Oasis Campground boat ramp. If your going soon I think it's cold enough where there won't be a lot of people and that's the best time to go. We went twice last year in the fall and basically had the whole place to our self, they were both really fun trips. Hope you guys have fun, good luck.

@@jarochochoco it's about a 2 mile Strait shot off the left if your going south. I don't remember what exit though.
What did you use to catch the wiper?
Just night crawlers. Was doing a video on green night crawlers vs regular. Caught a lot more on green over the weekend, like 90% more.

The bass that looked like white bass? What ever they are they tasted like a white bass so I'm sure they would have made great cut bait.
@@CaptnScott yes those ones. It's a hybrid between a white bass and a striper so both your guesses were 1/2 correct. There are a lot of them in willard bay and years ago the would boil; till the original hatchery got a virus and the state made a switch.
