The only mistake he did proven by court was drugs with very minimum amount. His urine and hair test are negative, yet his armpit hair is positive. That's why his fans still support him. i wouldn't say Junsu had it easy.. both Junsu and Jaejoong suffered tremendously. Junsu wasn't able to book roles for dramas, and wasnt allowed to perform on music shows and like Jaejoong he wasnt able to attend award shows, variety shows. Anytime anyone books them both, broadcast stations would get threats from SM to pull out their idols if Junsu and Jaejoong was invited. So he broke through the musical scene (which back then was very sceptical about idols casting). He had to prove he belonged on the stage and surprised everyone. Because of him, it's easier for idols nowadays to get casted in musicals.
    I still remember that one award that Junsu won, but was not allowed to attend, so he did a VLIVE with his fans during the ceremony at home to celebrate with his fans. I'm glad things are better for them now but it was hell.

      @@danielrubinstein896 I would too. If I was in a group as long as she was, was one of if not the most popular member at one point in time was part of the three most popular members in the entire group. Just for the company to get upset that a side project that they allowed her to do was making more money and got more popular than they thought it would be she refused to sell her company to as some entertainment rightfully so and then they convinced her Members to kick her out. Like clearly, some of them already held animosity towards her and there’s none of those women, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t all really close, but I’d be fucking pissed too, and would sit there and hint at things that she probably cannot legally say for a certain amount of time about what happened happened in that industry and what went down.
      Because sadly but fun fact a lot of contracts do have NDA involved in them as in even if the contract is over or you get kicked out of the company group, etc. you are not allowed to talk about anything that happened in that company or while you were part of the group until amount of years, and dealing that as entertainment is known for having slave contracts, and loopholes upon loopholes in their contract so that they can keep their artist longer than they’re supposed to be able to. I wouldn’t be surprised if she isn’t legally allowed to talk about SNSD until decade has passed or the group officially is disbanded or something so all she can do is hint at the issues that were happening.
      Also, I feel like that’s something that most artist, who leave us some entertainment because I was a huge fan of JYJ for a while and when they were actually able to be somewhat active, they also would hint that shit that happened at SM but they never would state what they were talking about or who they were talking about because I don’t think legally they were able to. Same thing with.EXO members that had left like they would get asked questions in about being part of the K-pop group and how it was at that company and they would be pretty freaking vague about it but they would still make hints and how bad the treatment and stuff was, but I don’t legally think they would were able to talk about it and they probably still aren’t.

    It’s honestly crazy how accompany can sit there and basically blacklist artist for the dumbest shit like I don’t know the company being in the wrong. Especially entertainment because something I feel like people don’t understand is like JYJ really kind of got off a bit better than the Chinese members of EXO because if I remember correctly, not only did they sit there and eventually have to break the contract, but technically as some entertainment still won a little bit one of the reasons why I personally think we weren’t seeing a lot of work even from China coming out as much as it could have from Tao and Luhan because if I remember correctly, they still had to pay a portion of the income that they were making to assign entertainment for the duration of their original contracts so, even though they no longer were signed to the company, if they were making any kind of money in general in the entertainment industry even outside of South Korea they had to pay I think it was like 25% of that To this company until their contracts would’ve been over, which wouldn’t have been until last year 2023 that’s insane. I wouldn’t work as much either if I knew that I had to pay my ex company that treated me like shit pretty big chunk of whatever money I was making I wouldn’t want them to be making any cash off of me.
    Also, I’m not even surprised by the ones who got away with a freaking slap on the wrist when it came to literally being part of one of the biggest sex trafficking crimes to hit South Korea for this year fact, that even throughout their entire trial, they had a big support group, but I don’t think people understand how ridiculously crazy it was if you weren’t living during the time of the burning crime being taken down. Like when I tell you that there was probably for the first time in years, K-pop Fandoms, who hated each other were banning together to sit there, and try to make sure that no one was unaware of how bad this crime was, and that these men needed to be punished There was still a huge chunk of people who were fans with these men and defending them, and the saddest part is, it wasn’t even like oh it was like a huge chunk of like men who were fans of them who refused to sit there and believe that they did this, but like a lot of their supporters were women people that would’ve been taken advantage of at this club, and probably shipped off in a plane or yacht being completely drunk out of their mind or drugs, and then waking up, not knowing where the hell they were after being used Like a flashlight and it was genuinely shocking and disgusting and disturbing but also unsurprising, because I feel like people forget the level of delusional that some fans have, especially if they’ve been fans of groups for long amount of time, and they refuse to sit there and see anything wrong.
    I still see people who are fans of those disgusting vile men, and they literally will sit there and they’re excuses they pay their time they’ve changed or they weren’t even taking in for like the really bad crimes. They were just taking in confirming a group chat or for conspiracy with the other people like why aren’t you as upset about the people that got away. When in actuality, like people are still pissed off about these super rich billionaire people like the super rich Chinese woman, who was like a part of this, or the handful of businessman that they couldn’t tell the names of, but they did definitely drop what countries they were from which did include Japan And I think like two or three European countries and shit like yes people are mad that those rich ass bastards got away but there’s nothing we could do about that because unless the South Korean police drops their names which I don’t think they legally can do no one can even look out for these motherfuckers to see where they’re going now, so they can be on like a watchlist.
    And it absolutely sucks that there is a high possibility of history repeating itself, because statistically speaking like the science of people who have committed crimes like that of like sex trafficking or human trafficking yeah they don’t normally stop doing that. Like genuinely statistically speaking, they will eventually fall right back into doing that again , like there’s a 75% chance that these men will just go on and create a different burning sun scenario somewhere else and that’s what gets me and I think it’s kind of crazy. It’s also something that people had pointed out during the time of the trials, even people in Korea, with they were like yeah, you know Sex offenders normally commit the crime again like that’s one of the reasons why they have to be registered because they are most likely to commit the same crime over again if given the opportunity and y’all sitting here and paying these men in prison for less than five years is giving them that opportunity.

    2:56 lmao no they did exactly the opposite they made it a living hell for jyj you should have a look at how hard they made it for them to even exist in the entertainment industry it’s just now that they can appear in tv shows and have a good drama role JUST NOW AFTER 20 YEARS!! With all the talent they have SM just made sure their youth will be lost in the dark just cuz they want better rights.if anyone thinks they had it easy it’s absolutely wrong they had to start from the beginning all over again making a new group (although they really loved tvxq and if you were a fan you will agree)albums to tours to their problems with their new company,,,ect so many details so many things they gone through

      It's strange to me because Japan will cancel you if you cheat on a famous actress, but if you're abusing "common" women I guess most Japanese fans are okay with it.

    • @JZL-hp5iz
      @JZL-hp5iz 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I would say, I find it ironic that as Korean men, they would go to Japan, but dealing with the crimes that they committed, or just as bad as the crimes at Japan, committed to the women of their own country it’s actually not that surprising.

    • @JZL-hp5iz
      @JZL-hp5iz 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@spectral__ actually if you’re popular enough, there’s a lot of things Japan that you get away with. Like you could look up things about the Johnnys I believe is what they’re called, which is like this boy band that was created by this really well known and beloved producer, man, and like there was so much evidence over the course of the three or four decades of him, being a producer of him, taking a vantage of these young boys, and assaulting them, and, the Japanese public literally ignored it or they would sit there and call the victims liars and berate them so badly some of them became hermit others committed suicide.
      Even though there was evidence everywhere that this man was quite literally doing this to these children, because they were all minors at the time of him doing this, but they didn’t care because he made good groups, and they made good music. So yeah, if you’re popular enough and big bang was like really big in that country so it was a lot of Korean like bands and stuff so it wouldn’t be hard for members from groups like that to go to Japan. They will overlook any crimes that they commit in South Korea. They pretend like they never happened. They never seen a translated article in their life talking about the crimes these men did.

Yes, these people do have fans outside Korea. For people outside Korea, these “crimes” are more forgiving. Maybe because we have the things to worry about other than constantly judging other people.

      You’re not comparing a man who was blackmailed, and then used by the people who is blackmailing him, and the cops and shit, because of the fact that they already were having a drug issue with drug coming into the country. And comparing that to men who actively were running a sex trafficking and human trafficking for years, were paying off the police talked about these human beings, like they were nothing literally treated these women like water, which is what they called them when they were trying to sell them to these rich men.
      Were literally drugging and kidnapping these women from this club, and hitting them in hotels and planes and yachts that were leaving the country and these women did not have their IDs or their passports or any way to come back home. Those are very different situation that’s like trying to fucking compare Epstein to a crackhead those are two completely different people. Those are two completely different crimes. Literally, those men were the Korean version of fucking Epstein. That’s how bad the burning Sun situation was not to mention they barely paid time because they all got out earlier than they were supposed to, so it’s not even on their record that they went to prison For human trafficking.
      Not to mention, none of them really showed an ounce of remorse. They either were upset that they got caught and then try to pretend that they knew nothing or they refuse to admit the fact that they had anything to do with it homeboy literally sitting out here trying to use his connections with the big bang members when he sat there and tried to plead not guilty even though there were hundreds of text messages and chat rooms with him in it being the one telling them to get these women drugged and which women to find and to bring to these men to sexually assault and he have the audacity to try lines that he did not know what what’s going on he had nothing to do with it like sir that was your phone number That was your messaging app the fuck you mean you had nothing to do with it you were literally telling them what to do with these women people like that do not deserve a second chance, because there is no remorse there if there was, he would’ve admitted to this he would’ve pled guilty and not not guilty, and he would’ve owned up to the fact that you know what he was a horrible person and he fucked up And he needs to get help but no he did it.
      Would you give Hannibal Lecter a second chance even though you know he likes to kill people and eat them and he has no remorse for it?

    Making money from fans overseas is a crime now? No one forced those fans to support them. It's all out of their own free will. This further proves that because Knetz are the worse and most heartless n judgmental ppl along with Cnetz. At least they go out there n tr n hustle rather than no life kookielit trash talking celebs n kpop with vids like this. Can't comment on the rest but Yoochun evading taxes, is it really his fault though? His home country that did not allow him to earn a cent from SK since 2016 is expecting him to pay taxes with what? Then when he tries to earn that money outside SK to pay taxes n debts, but is also now prevented from doing so. Money don't drop from the sky you know? Fax. But also I think it’s because SM entertainment knew that like all of the artist that left their company were like some of the most popular members in their group.
      Like this company was well aware that if they’re allowed them to roam free as artist, they would lose fans and money from the groups that they were a part of because they would just start giving it to those members instead
