Take it from me, this upgrade is a game changer. I've had my 2020 1025R in some crazy situations and I've been less than happy with it's performance. At 200 Hrs, it has never failed to run but it also has never performed like it does now,, after the HydrosPlus & HydrosPlus Lift installs. I can now get true -3- action movements and I can also lift a black locust log, 3 1/2' across and 7' long!! No strain.... We have clear cut 3 acres of woods and the JD was never a trouper like he is now, wish I had found HydrosPlus much sooner If you were like me, I was always trying to tear the joystick off in order to get the loader to just move! My little buddy is now what I had always thought he could be!
Is there still a benefit to installing your plus cylinders if you don’t have any of the other upgrades? For example if you don’t have the hydros plus stage one two or three pump is there any point in just replacing the cylinders if your tractor is otherwise stock?
With the upgraded cylinders you will gain more power from the cylinder so more lift / curl but without the pump upgrade it is going to move slower since they are bigger and the pump is still at stock flow rate it takes longer to fill it with fluid.
@@devilshockey2142 I tried my larger Plus cylinders with the stock JD pump & trust me, you will not like how slow it moves, even if you increase the PSI

Before using the flap disk to clearance for the cylinders, you should cover the exposed hose ends to avoid contamination!
Also pounding on the grease zerk to seat the pins could damage the zerk.
