Thanks for the awesome video! I'm using MD 2024 and having trouble finding the "clone as reference line" feature. Do you know where I can find it now? Thanks
When I create the initial shoe sole shape it's a sooth outline. But as soon as I and "cut" it out, it becomes jagged. When I zoom I on the 2d window, the cutout is missing part of the "fabric". In other words, the fabric doesn't go all the way to the edge. It's happening at the heel and the toe. I tried creating a larger rectangle but it has the same issue. Do you have any leads where I should look to correct it? Thanks for your video!
If you register them as shoes it is possible, though the topology of this type of shoe is not good, so if the foot bends in the animation, then probably the shoe will bend in not very nice way. I recommend these for still images or simple animations where foot itself does not bend. Or you have to do retopology. TRIBE VISION youtube channel has very good videos about registering shoes in CLO, and they also provide many shoe model for free on Connect marketplace. I recommend having a look there. :)
Your tutorial helped me a lot. Thanks. 🎁

Hi, sorry, I won't be able to help you with this. I don't have MD license, so I can't check, I'm using CLO only.
@@stitchandrender Thank you, no problem, it seems to be a feature in Clo only :) great tutorial!
