Can't relate, I've been told by SO many people my smile's awful and yeah it is, I was the one that asked them and they said it very kind and nicely tho, but I got what they really ment.

My biggest issues are internal, my anxiety, my self-doubt, and my constant questioning. I have anxiety a little bit harsher than most, and whenever a situation I can't handle comes upon me, idk what to do and my brain shuts off.
I also have identity questionings, like why I talk different around certain people, or act and sound different around others. I don't know my style and sometimes don't know what to shop for.
I also doubt that I can do certain things sometimes.

Here's a little advice, I think that you should take it slow and just live your life, don't always think that you have to have a boyfriend just bc everyone has one, take your time to grow and take care of yourself first bc it's really hard to manage a relationship and let yourself grow at the same time, relationship is not an easy thing tho. A lot of dating advices also shows that if you're thinking to much about having a bf as soon as possible, you're more likely to seem so desperate and that wouldn't be attractive. They sure love girls that are independent, have their own goals, hobbies and interests but most importantly girls that can take care of themselves ✨

Thanks for this video. I been feeling insecure and self conscious with my looks. I been wishing I was pretty like other girls. Everyone who knows me says i'm a beautiful person inside and out. I do have a beautiful heart and always a sweetheart but when I look on the outside I don't see myself beautiful on the outside. Don't worry about you're nose girl a big part of having confidence is embracing you're flaws and loving everything about yourself because nobody can love you more than you love yourself besides god but you have to remember that nobody's perfect and everybody might have something their insecure about and that's okay but don't ever down yourself and make you're self feel bad simply because of the way you look or because you don't like one of you're features but honey let me tell you nobody is gonna be you so you have to do it be a boss show yourself off regardless of what people have to say take cute pictures and let the haters hate on you because that just let's you know you're poppin and people will actually take the time out of their day to talk about you and I'm not saying to be cocky or conceited because that's not good but just make sure you love yourself before you love anyone else because you are beautiful and one of a kind don't ever forget that and if you have problems giving people to many chances just think about what you have to lose if people are being mean to you and you keep letting them back into you're life that's going to give them a free pass to keep doing the same thing you call those people toxic people their no good girl just let them go cut them off tell them they had enough chances and you'll feel so much better after their out of you're life because in the end you're not losing anything they are so you shouldn't feel any type of way except for happy do what's best for you don't ever feel like you're stuck in a friendship with somebody because you're not you can end it whenever you'd like to and i hope this helps you 😘❤❤

i'm 16 and i'm really shy, afraid to express myself infront of others, to talk to new people n they think i hate them. there's actually so many things i want to say and do but i'm so hard on myself that i just i can't do anything
rea I used to be like that. Talk to people, express yourself! If you fall over in public, so what? If your stomach rumbles in class, so what? I remember when I once threw up before an exam because I was terrified of my stomach rumbling in exams. But I’ve learned to tell myself, “so what?” , people around you don’t hear or see it unless they comment about it. And if they do, so what? Everyone makes mistakes you just gotta pluck up the courage to except who you are :)
i love my body and my mindset i’m not the healthiest person but i really do try to workout and stay in shape as much as possible and eat the best i can because i really do believe that taking care of yourself is a form of self love and a step to becoming confident with yourself i used to be so reckless and careless with my body and everything but i’m now more confident than i was i appreciate my mindset because i realized that i can control almost everything that goes on if a tragedy happens i know it’s ok to be upset but i’ve realized that i have a choice of either moving forward or not for example i used to get bullied a lot in middle school i never cried but as soon as i got home i cried like a baby and even thought of killing myself believe it or not i am now thankful for those who bullied me and that was a choice i had to make its all about you and how you choose to see things and how you use them i try to turn my experiences good or bad into life lessons and my experiences with bullying is now one of those lessons it allowed me to have thick skin i’ve turned it into something positive i feel like i’ve heard it all and the bullying really prepared me because i know not everyone in life will be nice and i have to just believe and trust myself
