I wonder if someone might have some insight that will help me. I have been doing the work for over a year now, and I felt it was making a big difference and, in fact, had a little mystical moment in just a couple or three meditations. But since then, it is almost like my mediations are falling on deaf ears and in fact, I am finding myself falling asleep. I am sitting in my meditation chair, and the next thing I know, I am bent over, sleeping. I am committed to the work, but I am feeling a little frustrated right now.
