I am the only one who is actually thinking of a Touhou boss rush, as the music changes to X character theme said character drops in and starts to fight, and as soon as its theme is over another character takes over. For 20 minutes. That would be pretty damn epic. Sort of an extra mode or maybe even Phantasm... Anyway, this needs more love.

Then they realize the stage isn't ending and then Shinki comes from nowhere!

Just in case you've never heard of him, there's a guy named marasy8 who's played many of these songs on the piano! I find it a bit interesting to compare the way these same songs are interpreted, that's all.
This melody contains variations of the songs only made for this melody, so there are no individual versions. This melody was available on the author's website, but that's gone, so I shared a link in the video description that's a free download of it. Resulting from the technique to release the shot, the bow will (for a practiced archer) spin in the hand so that the string stops in front of the archer's outer forearm. This action of "yugaeri" is a combination of technique and the natural working of the bow. It is unique to kyudo. Great, now back to the music.

The theme of Kanako is one of my less favorites, or the least probably, but I can't say that certainly, I've not heard all of the 6th themes completes, but in this medley I can tell that is my 2 favorite, just behind of Eirin theme
I'm not sure if it's exactly 180 characters, but it is a ridiculous amount. Most of the main games (the ones that don't end in .3, .5 or .8) introduce at least 6 new characters each; plus Suika, Iku, Tenko and the catfish in the fighting games; plus Hatate in DS; plus the characters from the manga and novels; plus backstory characters like Layla Prismriver, Youki Konpaku, Myouren Hijiri, the god Okuu ate, and Mokou and Marisa's fathers; plus Maribel and Renko.... Yup, look up any of them by name and you'll probably find a video of someone fighting them. These are the last bosses from the first 12 Touhou project games as well as the final bosses of the two fighting spin-off games. I kinda want to do a video of a Mystic Square run since Shinki is one of my favorite final bosses, so check back here in a few days and you might see one on my channel.

Touhou is, as I said, a series of danmaku (bullet hell) computer games. It was all made by one man, music, art, animation and everything. Any anime of Touhou is fan-made.

Hrmm.... I can't seem to find the source I originally mentioned. The wiki does seem to assume that there is an 8 year gap between EoSD and TD (mid 2003 to spring of 2011). I don't see Reimu being any younger than 12 around the time of EoSD personally, but I guess it really is up for debate. None of this matters, though, since the age of consent in Gensokyou is 600.

it originally was on nicovideo and were only were remixed up to touhou 11 or 10. i added that last little bit at the end.at the end, there is sort of a pause. it only lasts for a few seconds note: there are two pauses; the one later on is the one from which i started. originally, it was then end. i added onto it so it sounded identical to the pause that came before it. i did so, so that it would fit the original song. you just happened to find the one that i finished.
@Hatsukuro when I was listening to this song on the 3DS and nightcored it, it sounded way better than even this. Like, since this is one of my favorite instrumentals as it is, I really wanted to make a nightcore of it. Especially since nobody has done it until now.

This melody was available on the author's website, but that's gone, so I shared a link in the video description that's a free download of it. Wow, I just noticed the pattern of the song's arranging. Think about it, you go from Windows Era up up to Byakuren, who has very closely implied connections to Shinki, which then goes back to the PC-98 Era.

The theme of Kanako is one of my less favorites, or the least probably, but I can't say that certainly, I've not heard all of the 6th themes completes, but in this medley I can tell that is my 2 favorite, just behind of Eirin theme
I'm not sure if it's exactly 180 characters, but it is a ridiculous amount. Most of the main games (the ones that don't end in .3, .5 or .8) introduce at least 6 new characters each; plus Suika, Iku, Tenko and the catfish in the fighting games; plus Hatate in DS; plus the characters from the manga and novels; plus backstory characters like Layla Prismriver, Youki Konpaku, Myouren Hijiri, the god Okuu ate, and Mokou and Marisa's fathers; plus Maribel and Renko....

LN Kourindou has Rinnosuke and Tokiko; manga series Sangetsusei introduced the Three Fairies, SSiB has Koto, Yori and Reisen II, and WaHH has Kasen; PMiSS has Akyuu; and the music CDs have Maribel and Renko - that's 12 total between them, for a total of at least 112 characters in the Touhou series with names and screen time.
This number does not include characters who are not even given fan nicknames (like the kitsune who looks like Marisa and most name less midbosses) or screen time

Yup, look up any of them by name and you'll probably find a video of someone fighting them. These are the last bosses from the first 12 Touhou project games as well as the final bosses of the two fighting spin-off games. I kinda want to do a video of a Mystic Square run since Shinki is one of my favorite final bosses, so check back here in a few days and you might see one on my channel.

That was sarcasm in case you couldn't tell. I'm sure by now plenty of people have found nico video sm12223277 which is the original nicovideo of this song posted by senpi. Senpi himself deleted all his stuff online, however (his nicovideo, twitter, blog, etc.) though his videos still remain on nicovideo under the original user name (戦ピー). By going to the mentioned video you can see his playlist of stuff, which does NOT include a short version. Feel free to prove me wrong, though.

That's the position of the bow AFTER the arrow is shot. Tension unused by the arrow itself from the string is tranlated to kinetic energy on the bow, and thus the bow swings around into that position.

This is a series of computer bullet hell games called "Touhou." This video is a mix and arrange of all of the final bosses from Touhou 1 - 12.
Touhou is, as I said, a series of danmaku (bullet hell) computer games. It was all made by one man, music, art, animation and everything. Any anime of Touhou is fan-made.
All their names are in the annotations now. And that's Kongara.
12.3 is not before 12.
And yet, too bad there aren't Miko's, Shinmyomaru's and Junko's themes. =(

Braviaggron The reason why 12 is after 12.3 is because of the fact that byakuren uses similar patterns in her attack as shinki, and the fact that byakuren was sealed in Hokkai, which lies within makai, Which is Shinki's creation

Hrmm.... I can't seem to find the source I originally mentioned. The wiki does seem to assume that there is an 8 year gap between EoSD and TD (mid 2003 to spring of 2011). I don't see Reimu being any younger than 12 around the time of EoSD personally, but I guess it really is up for debate. None of this matters, though, since the age of consent in Gensokyou is 600.
This should be remade with Miko's theme included.

it originally was on nicovideo and were only were remixed up to touhou 11 or 10. i added that last little bit at the end.at the end, there is sort of a pause. it only lasts for a few seconds
note: there are two pauses; the one later on is the one from which i started. originally, it was then end. i added onto it so it sounded identical to the pause that came before it. i did so, so that it would fit the original song. you just happened to find the one that i finished.
I think it was made as a whole last boss piece, so this specific version wouldn't be solo. I think.
@Hatsukuro when I was listening to this song on the 3DS and nightcored it, it sounded way better than even this. Like, since this is one of my favorite instrumentals as it is, I really wanted to make a nightcore of it. Especially since nobody has done it until now.
