I was trying to put on a tire for my go kart for about 20 minutes, and i didnt even get the front part of the rim inside the tire. Your idea with lubricant and that tool helped me get both of the front rims completely inside in only 6 minutes! An honestly helpful video.
Just wanted to let you know, I have a tire shop. We do 26” low pros with ease. I’m on TH-cam right now to avoid all the work me and two of my employees had to do for one 8” golf cart tire. Literally the most difficult tire i have ever done in my life 🤣 you just made what we had to do look so easy.
I cant explain it but there was a few times youd start a sentence and kind of pause to think about how to verbalize what you want to say but motion with your hands and somehow I know exactly what you meant. On the same wavelength lol. You would make a great educator! Thanks for help m8!
I like that trick with the vice-grips. I just wore myself out trying to change one tire with pry-bars and sliding all around on old tire slime. I’m going to clean everything up and get out the vice-grips and door panel tools. Thanks for the pointers!
Your suggested harbor freight tool and process to change tires worked great for me. The tires I changed were on a yard cart that were 16 x 6 1/2 x 8“ . A large C clamp and a couple of extra long nose vice grip pliers and liberal soap water did the trick and made the job very easy. Thank you for your TH-cam posting.
when you use the vise grips, if you put them in as far as you can it will keep the tire in the smallest part of the rim. This will assist what you are doing by standing on the tire
I've just been using those car panel tools (set of 9, different lengths) these last coupla days! You're the first person I've seen using them. It's great they have this other use because frankly I don't do panels much. Did one small tractor wheel removed, now doing second one on tractor. Got the old one of f what did the trick was a huge window shutter hinge with one end splayed. One side now on with the door panel tool; I thought that was going to be the hardest. But no, it's not! May have to remove the wheel to get it off.
None that I can tell. My yerfdog has plenty of torque up grading my torque converter really helped. Torque converter does not engage until after the engine reaches higher rpm. I've a few other videos desert riding shows good torque.
Made sure to sand off all the rust and repaint where you can't see then slide the wheel all over the concrete and clamp metal vise grips to it where you can see. 😂😂😂
The only tire video that shows the hell of putting on a real tire that wasn't preheated.

I’ve watched 4 different videos today and yours is the only one that actually helped me change my tire. Thanks brother.
Thanks, glad to hear that you found it helpful!

Your crescent wrench idea was the answer! It took me about 2 minute after I did that. Thank you!

Glad you found it helpful.
Nice, I use the cheap tire spoons that are designed for this and are about 18 inches long. Well worth the money.

That's a sweet tire. My golf cart needs a set of those! Thanks for the tips.
The vice grips was a genius move.
the grips or clamps on one side is the trick, I used a screw driver to pull flap over. Thank You!
Excellent description thanks.😊

Soon as i seen the dad shoes i knew this ws gonna be great advice
That tool is definitely a neat little trick
How much torque did you lose going to a bigger tire

Just to be clear....which way do you flip the trim tool? 😂😂😂
