I came for MS in accounting (was non-STEM) & wanted to complete CPA, was a CWA & CA PE-II by then with 5 yrs exp. But the pressure you have to complete CPA & get a job within 1 yr is so high! I moved to tech mgt masters (STEM), moved into CISA route instead of CPA bcoz I worked in big4 in India alrdy & know the work pressure (less pay more money). If u alrdy have work experience in India, consider CISA or CISSP if u like IT & audit without losing your accounting & audit background, can try CIA, which is comparatively easier than CPA. You can still stay in risk advisory & assurance
