Great guy, I'm also an electrical engineer but working as a software engineer 😂 I'm also planning to transition into data science but now competition is too much 😅
The Harsh Reality is every single Electrical Engineer in India when they don't get job in same domain, they will have only one choice which is Data Analytics job. Because the rest other jobs don't payout good salary. So it's not a wonder
When you guys talk about the salary, do you guys mean a 1 Cr package in India? OR is it about transitioning from a 6 LPA package in India to a 1 Cr package in the US?
data jobs are over sold before and after the pandemic. there is more supply than demand now. It's simple, if analysing data doesn't translate into new business opportunities, the whole set-up is treated as a liability to the business and gets ditched.
How come companies hire people like this for a lead position here in India without proper experience like around 5 to 8 years they dint even consider profile for senior software engineer but without experience he got a lead role itseems.
He claims to be a lead, actually it is just a role.. there won't be big teams like in India.. and many fake the experience here.. so don't think lead means the same kind like in India.. he will just work on some project individually.. and being data analyst is easy here in usa. but catch is getting job.. he applied to 1000+ jobs and got one..
he marketed himself in LinkedIn which got him job.. the sad part about todays LinkedIn is if someone has 1k followers recruiters rate high.. this guy literally no exp but he marketed a lot even for small projects.. and moreover with chatgpt nobody learns sql now.. basically this guy has a great marketing strategy.. like putting his name on timesqaure.. but the reality if anyone can be listed on timesqaure if money is paid.. not many know..
It's great journey you hae been and Hard work well paid

anna nadhi guntur eyy em ina suggestion
Looks like he is a very poor data analyst with job data. One of the primary requirements is to be able to target your job search with data.
The guy can’t even say year and a month but he is saying year in a month
