Well, "Music from Miles Across the Pond" has now rebranded as "Transatlantic Harmony"...and we are back with new challenges! 🎶
For April/May, we were tasked with performing the song we are known for -the song that we are always expected to play. "The Way You Look Tonight" is my go-to. I end every piano bar set with it, and those who listen to me regularly always anticipate hearing this as my closing. This song has been my absolute favorite for as long as I can remember. ❤️ Frank Sinatra's rendition takes first place for me, though Harry Connick, Jr., Michael Bublé, and Steve Tyrell are also allowed to sing it...but no one else!!! 😂 Pretty sure my deep-seated love for the tune comes from too many times watching Father of the Bride over the years, thanks Mama D. 😉
