Clarification for the school busses in Puerto Rico:
That bus was most likely a party bus. They're very popular in PR and usually are tricked out with lights and speakers to blast music. If you look it up, that's all you'll find but since I spend a lot of time on the island they're a pretty common sight.

hey daily dose at 2:18 you say that police use school busses as undercover vehicles in Puerto Rico but that's not the case. Puerto Rico doesn't have a bus system for public schools so when they do fieldtrips schools rent buses from private companies. these private company drivers do whatever they want to their busses like install loud speakers paint however they want them and ofcourse install crazy lights. they pimp their busses like the show.
