- You guys loved dn3doom in ultimate doom.... heres another treat for you.
i placed the enemy mixer at 50% so half doom characters, half duke nukem. All fun. highly reccomend

Now doomguy in duke levels
that one is a bit harder. i cant find any decent duke levels ported over to doom. or good enough levels to play. i did find one thats a decent recreation of hollywood holocaust. but the map gets swarmed with enemies like 10x more then usual and its HARD.
if i can somehow finish it with out needing co op. then ill make a vid as its insane lol

@@gunsharckDoomguy have vertical auto-targeting, and he can deal with flying enemies like cacodemons. But these flying rats are pretty fast, so it would be hard target though. Much worse that Doomguy has limited mobility - can’t jump, can’t duck, can’t kick, can’t swim. I guess even first level is impossible for him without adding some ramps.
@@Abazzaar oh. I did the game. I used two mods. NTMAi mod and DukeHH30 combined.
It turned out to be a flip completly. Doom guy made in the style of build with better suited doom enemies. And a doke level done in doom style so its a weird alternate shouldnt be iniverse that was fun to experience 😁

We need a Duke Doom Blood Shadow Warrior WAD in the style of BLOOM! Maybe with some effort get John St John to say the line "I like Doomguy like I like my woman. Strong and Silent!" I wonder what we could get Stephan Weyte and Mike Moh (sadly RIP to John William Galt) to say about each other?
The closest thing to that is samsara. And using lexicon mod with it.
Has about 20 different characters to play as, aswell as thier enemies. Ment to be played with others as the more differwnt characters you choose. The mixed the enemies.
The other day i played with 2 buddies, i took blake stone, my one buddy took the descent ship. And the other took caleb, our enemies were a mix of the 3.

@@kerbal666 you can get it running in gzdoom. But ots best to play in zandronum with a few others. The more people play and take sifferwnt characters. The bigger the variety. Plus alot of manual tweaking, you can add more enemies, or up thier health. Or both. Making each enemy harder when theres like 8 people.
Its insanly fun. Either use the compendium or like i said lexicon map pack. That way you have tones of maps to choose from in a central hub.

I know the Duke gets a coach gun in Time to Kill, but I think a DP12 replacement for the super shotgun would fit his personality better

nah. its like a pre chain gun, not quite as good, but allows you to hold off a bit. especial;y in my later video where i added Maps of Chaos..... you need the dual pistols, trust me

I remember me played duke at doom levels in 1998 year.
This multiverse is awesome, perfect mix of the greatest first person shooters, love the pisto of duke being so much satisfying than the doom one and also the tigers (?) are way more chanllenging that the imps, so slow (and I don't know, but they fit so well in the doom wad, even better that the imps (don't know if the name is right). So I think we got the best of the 2 world. Something to go deep into. Maybe there could be some cheello voxel colab too?
@@johnstarfire i really like having the mix. The tiger stripped aliens i find are a bot tougher then the zombie men. Same with pig cops. They take longer to shoot. But usually take 2 shells to take out.
Having the mix makes it much harder.
I was thinking about voxel doom. However before i go to crazy with mods. I need to learn ZDL and how it works. So far ive failed hard on that. So any mods needong more then 3 mods is a bit much and hard to run properly.
Come out now, Cyberdemon! There's only two ways this can end, and in both of them, you die!
@@GeneralMacek best part is. The enemies change. So each time you run the level. What may have been a big doom enemy. Might be a duke mini boss. Sometimes in a chain gun enemy in a mech suit. Sometimes its a barron of hell.
@@graberassadventures3539 I have downloaded the mod myself and playing the hell of it. :D I admit, it's a lot of fun especially with a few more mods (more gore, flashlight, score, HD sounds) and addons, so kicking ass as Duke in HD never felt better.

Super cool mod, but some of the sounds are very low quality, which feels weird. There's also the misleading landing sound which implies you took damage. 😅

@@DL-mk4mz pretty much. Doom 2 is the base. Dn3doom is the mod.
This mod is confusing as hell. I mean, the accuracy of the Duke3D stuff really feels like you're playing Duke3D, thanks GZDoom. Now go back in 1996 and show this to the people. They'd be even more confused as I am.
By the way where does the double shotgun come from? I know Duke had a 4 barrels shotgun in the GBA game, but I didn't know about this one.

Do i need to have doom 2 or duke nukem 3d to be able to download and play this. I have steam version of both but my doom 2 is part of doom 3 bfg edition, will it work. Thanks for making this.
@@lev1-uk3dy all you need to play this is GZDoom, a copy of doom 2 wad. And go to moddb and get the mod DN3Doom.
Once you have all 3. Drag and drop both the Wad file, and the modfile onto GZDoom. From there the game will start. Go to options, and adjust how you like.

If you want to experement. Download ZDL3. Its a mod loader for GZDoom and Zandronum. It allows you to load up multiple mods easily and in proper order to make sure they work as intended. Useful when you add a variety of mods. Such as voxel doom, relighting, and smooth doom all together.

Im a big fan of both games, recently i finished doom 3 bfg edition plus its 2 other expension pack games, they were seriously awesome, very underrated. Doom 3, plus lost mission and ressurection of evil, simply amazing, even better than doom 2016 in my oppinion. I wish you good luck in your channel too. Thanks again. I will try to work the mod.

Its doom done in the duke3d style. Very fun mod. I have a vid of ot on my channel running the only duke3d map i could find in doom and its HARD

Duke Nukem continue somehow, i didn't offend you, Ash have the origin of some of the other male heroes, have more alternate versions in cartoons, animes, videogames (crossovers and cameos), Do you know the other franchises on my list? Ash is unstable after Deadpool, he looks like Elvis Aaron Presley, Guts/Gatsu (berserK) have a similarity with Ash or Guts have Armor Batman final suit or Iron Man Godkiller or Iron God or Titanium Man, it is unfair that the other heroes of others franchises from other companies, those that are not on my list have a normal/happy life and Ash doesn't have it, he also deserves more, he has feelings, he has more crossovers and cameos, Ash's comics and video games are alternative dimensions, I know incredible in another dimension. alternative. Yes i know of a good few on that list. And yes. Alot of them coukd due with a return as long as its done properly. We dont need another halo tv show disaster lol 🤣
But i get what your saying. There are quite a few other characters that coukd make a terrific comeback. I personally would love to see older fps games get a rebirth, like Blake Stone, or Catacombs, a proper Duke Nukem, the red ne ks from red neck rampage.
Samsara is a good mod. It allows you to play up to 20 different characters from old school games. And it mixes the monsters up as long as you play on Zandronum with others.
You can also add either the lexicon or compendium to add even more levels.
And already, this is better because the game has reloads for weapons.
