Awesome video Toby, thank you so much for sharing. Neat start and scenic drive over the Kaimais. I was impressed with the trade tables and the quality of all the customs (especially that Mazda wagon). You guys picked up fabulous cars for your collection. I think the only disappointing thing I saw was that custom MDF downhill track wasn't working 100% - maybe the sidewalls weren't high enough, or the rubber tires were catching on the edge of the track, causing the cars to vibrate up and down and eventually lift out of the lane and wreck? Guess that's just something for the 4th annual NZHWCC to improve on ; ) Look forward to your next vid = )
Thanks! Yes, I think the sidewalls do need to be a bit higher next time. Only cars with real riders that extended further out than the body of the car did this - as would be excpected I guess. I'll be filming my haul video soon, I got some great stuff :) Thanks for watching!
@@DiecastNZ Makes sense Toby, I guess the simplest solution to fix the downhill track might be to just fit lengths of the high-walled HW orange track inside the existing MDF lanes ; )

New Zealand is actually roughly 20,000 square KM larger than the UK :). We get quite a large toy selection here

@@reconquista98 The prices are a bit higher than in the US, we pay about twice what the US pays for mainlines, although we pay around the same for premium releases
I'm glad yinz guys enjoyed yourselves, they trading tables were awesome. There was tons of good stuff there that I would have picked up. The auctions were cool to, they went a little above what I thought they were going to go for. Those custom cars were sick, the one you voted for was badass. They all did a great job with their cars. I was hoping you or Tim would have won the race, the Tesla did take a nasty tumble. I was hoping for Tim in the finals but unfortunately got a little squirrely. The two cars you won at Bingo and the one Tim won are sweet cars. That was damn cool my friend, I greatly appreciate you letting me tag along with yinz. Definitely looking forward to seeing what you picked up, until then my friend, hunt on.
