Glad you found it helpful!
May i ask, why do you say 'In a worst case scenario' you may use Expert Interviews? Is talking to an expert not as good as looking online for data yourself?
Great question! Expert interviews are definitely quite useful when trying to learn the nuances of an industry (e.g., the lingo, how insiders think about competition, day-to-day pain points, etc.), but it's pretty difficult to get accurate hard data even from an expert - for example, someone who is a heart surgeon may know a lot about what the best tools for heart surgery are, but may not know the specifics of the financial performance of the hospital or how many heart surgeries are performed in mid-sized hospitals across the US each year.
Some people may be able to provide estimates, but the sample size on your dataset will be small if you are using interviews alone to gather data. Pairing interviews with a survey which can get you thousands of responses is a common way to build confidence if there are no other data sources online.
@@matthuang21 makes sense. Cheers for the answer and keep up the content :)
Good info. But the background music is distracting. Thanks.
