    You could pop some loctite on that bolt, prevent it from loosening.
    Not sure how it would go with the heart though.
    A spring washer could work.

    I’m from Santa Maria California and this here grill is super fancy!!!! 😂 way cooler than any bbq I’ve ever owned. Mine would just go up and down and it was a big metal box on stands. I’m sure this thing is over $1,000. That’s just a guess. Now I’m gonna check…

    • @trippinwithcj
      @trippinwithcj 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Okay… so their over $2,000!!! Now I know why I used the other one I had! It does the exact same thing. These Sunderros are super nice though. Maybe if I’m a good boy Santa will get me one.

    • @Bigheadedwon
      @Bigheadedwon 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@trippinwithcj I'm not seeing this exact one for sale on their site, but the few models that look close are $4k+. I'd looooove one of these, but I've never been good enough in my 47 years to ever hope Santa would bring me one. lol

      I'm here in SM. The grills that we can get locally and through Costco are good enough for me. I can't justify a purchase like this one although it is beautiful and would probably last a lifetime. Greg has an Argentinian grill that works on the same principle as the Santa Maria grill. BBQ Pit Boys also have these grills.

    Hello I would like to see a comparison between your Argentine and Santa Maria grill and how they differ in form and function. Both seem to be excellent cookers but what does one do (or do better) than the other and why pick one design over the other. I enjoy the channel and content. Thanks

      @@BallisticBBQ Hi Greg, is that comparison still in your plans? I also would like to see your thoughts, specially if you miss the braseiro, if you get a different flavour and the overall cooking experience. Cheers!

      @@BallisticBBQ Just following up on this comment as well. I am anxiously waiting for you to give a compare/contrast video between the Argentine and Santa Maria - especially now that you have done several great cooks on the Santa Maria

      Thanks Ryan! I took it out on its maiden voyage last weekend and shot a cooking video out there. I'm hoping to start shooting cooks whenever I'm out overlanding. Hopefully the videos will be well received. This last one was a learning experience for me, shooting the video out in the desert.

      @@BallisticBBQ I have a good friend that also has a Woolly Bear here in Ramona He's convinced me to get one too. I'm sure you've checked out Marco @ovrlndx, he has a great setup! My other favorite adventure cook is Harry @firetofork. DEFINITELY looking forward to offroad cooking videos (just don't call it overlanding, that term has been beat to death - I don't care what the YT algorithm says LOL) Hope to see you out on the trails!!!

    Hey Greg, got your amazing red Chimichurri sauce recipe from Jeremy. What kind of hot chilies do you use? Jalapeño, Fresno, etc?

    • @BallisticBBQ
      @BallisticBBQ  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Any of those will work. I usually get what is in season... Red jalapeño rocks as do red Hatch.

      There are certain accessories and grill covers that are only sold to people who have purchased one of their grills.
