WOW!!!!!! That was truly amazing. I too think it was one of their offspring's. I would never have expected a battle would go on for so long. Thank you so much for such a video.
MrP knows it is almost time for eggies! He is extra protective. So glad TFL didn’t have to deal with the visitor. MrP and TFL are warriors! Excellent coverage by cam ops and great video! That juvie is gorgeous!
Worrisome. This visitor is not passive but going on the offensive, esp that one episode on the nest where Mr.P appeared to be falling backwards with the visitor engaging with talons and wings out. TFL needs to return and assist in clearing their territory. Thank you for the video.
This was a GREAT video!!! Excellent footage of actual "eagle battles". Absolutely LOVED watching Mr. P taking no crap from this youngster!!! Great camera work, editing and captions.
Probably an offspring of their own yearning to come home again. I hope neither one of of them was injured in that all night ordeal. Ty for such a good video
WOW.. The way that juvie was so nervy makes me wonder if it is one of P &FL offspring.. The juvie certainly wasn't afraid of trying multiple times. Maybe P recognized the juvie as being one of his so didn't try to kill it. That is one fantastic video.
Wow ! What a battle ! I've never seen any battle that serious and took almost all night. So, BEs can see at night ? 🤔 I really hope no one got hurt tho. This beautiful SA certainly wanted to make this nest as its. Well, it is occupied, young BE ! You just have to look farther, elsewhere. Mr. P, bravo ! I hope you're OK. 👍 Thank you cam-op for covering this all night. Didn't know how you did it (did you even get time to sleep ?). TYVM for the video. 🙏
Where was TFL? Is she away again? I think this was one of their past babies He was way too insistent. I don't think Mr. P wanted to hurt him. I do not want any bird to get hurt. I am surprised these birds were even Up at night. I would think TFL would be sleeping with her mate so close to egg time. It is getting late. I hope she doesn't leave again like last year. M15 and Harriet In Fla. are always together. They even let one of the sub adults hang around. One of theirs?
Wow, persistent little bugger, exciting action but a little scary especially when it looked like the visitor had Mr. P on his back, glad neither was hurt, I wonder if that was just a flyby or a serious take over attempt - good for Mr. P for successfully defending his nest, but where was TFL? - she is usually the heavy artillery in situations like that.
I couldn't stop laughing at the caption, Whatever you do, don't touch his sticks! When I saw the Visitor move a stick, I thought, hummmm, doesn't like it where it was. Had to move it, rearrange the furniture. Then that caption showed up and it just cracked me up because it was my train of thought. Maybe I have a bird brain in my Goofy head. 🦅
This is a good example of not having enough habitat to find suitable nesting for both Raptors. Suprised a great horned owl does not fight for the spot. With his night vision he'd ambush mr P for sure.
Nope, just a past offspring and/or pure laziness. Wanting to take a nest already built instead of making their own. Its common to see juvenile/younger generation birds and animals to do in their first years of mating season/adulthood.lol They are protected species along with their habitat here in America. If it was destroyed, it was a long time ago and there has been many artificial nesting posts built for them in their place. If there has been any new destruction to their nesting sites, it should and will be prosecuted.
Hahaha! Pretty serious business, that was! So much persistency! Glad Mr P was unscathed - TFL with her dive bombing could have helped, but she did not appear to be at home.
I'm betting that Mr.P has met his match. Again, looking like another year without eggs and poor old Mr. P was really struggling in a few of those clips. I would think a younger, more virile mature eagle would have stopped the nonsense with the intruder rather quickly. Obviously, the immature eagle knows or could sense a certain lack of dominance by Mr. P, either due to age or possible injury.
That is so sad. funny the stick move looked like it was heading for the V made me wonder if the visitor knew the nest way too well an was going to block that V so it didn't grab any other babies... ????? It was determined to be in that nest.. odd
I appreciate you posting, but a couple of times, it would have been better to have just zoomed out and captured the whole scene, rather than zooming in and trying to pan when there is obvious lag (just inherent to the system) in being able to control the camera.
I don't have claws to protect my home but I do have a .22, 9mm, .357, .45, and the mighty .454. I also have numerous rifles and shot guns as well. I must be an American!
I wish a biologist could explain this. Big and pointless risks being taken by that youngster. Is it a former chick having flashbacks thinking it belongs in this nest?
Would a former chick fight its parents for the nest? I wonder if it might not be a subadult female looking for a nest, and it is a good looking nest. She appeared to want to make nice. I hope she got the message so that Mr P may get some well deserved sleep.
Hate to say this Mr. P but looks like you need the wifey to come and run this intruder off. Normally the females are larger and more dominant so maybe this needs a woman's touch
captions lmao...MR.P is not liking it...at ALL...too funny the juvenile thinking he can setup house...lol by zooming in with imaging software it appears to be a male
That intruder looks like an osprey ... is it ??? Why wouldn’t the eagle just kill it after an hour or 2 of that bs ? Who is higher on the food chain ....
WOW! The captions cracked me up, and the, "Visitor" was more like a vulture haha.
Здравствуйте уважаемый администратор этого канала. Скажите пожалуйста, что тут происходит? Дерутся два вида Орлов?
Здравствуйте уважаемый пользователь, что тут происходит, так жалко этих птиц. Они убъют друг друга.
The birds are immitating the president and the speaker fighting over the seat and who's in charge! Hilarious! GJ ♥SONGBIRD
That was a young bald-eagle.
WOW!!!!!! That was truly amazing. I too think it was one of their offspring's. I would never have expected a battle would go on for so long. Thank you so much for such a video.
I wonder of ot one of his offsprings. It seems to determined to take the nest.

where is she?
Wow what a amazing piece of footage. Mr. P is a bad a** eagle. You go Daddy P. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent video. Fighting for prime territory. The images at night were fantastic!!!
Omg the visitor is gorgeous! 😍
Fantastic Cam Coverage
Such beautiful and majestic birds
This was amazing to watch!!!! Thank you so much for all you do❤️❤️❤️
The visitor is probably one of his.
Wow, Hope they stay OK and neither one of them kill each other. May God be with them both.
Phew!! That was tense!
WOW.. The way that juvie was so nervy makes me wonder if it is one of P &FL offspring.. The juvie certainly wasn't afraid of trying multiple times. Maybe P recognized the juvie as being one of his so didn't try to kill it. That is one fantastic video.
What a gorgeous juvie though, so pretty with the mixed black and white. Maybe an offspring from few seasons ago?
Yes coming back to check out the old nest.
Wow ! What a battle ! I've never seen any battle that serious and took almost all night. So, BEs can see at night ? 🤔
I really hope no one got hurt tho.

Excellent Coverage and Clarity too

Wow he is beautiful. Hope they don't get hurt.
Wow. Seriously protecting the nest is hard work
It's like watching that scene from Top Gun! LOL
🤣🤣🤣

😆😆😆
Wow. One determined young eagle.
Dad, don't you know me?
Poor baby it misses it mama and daddy it don't understand ❤️❤️❤️😭
Freedom or Liberty
I always wanted to name them Smith and Wesson but it didn't catch on!!!! Too bad ! GJ ♥SONGBIRD channel
I hope neither were injured! 💔

The visitor is a young eagle, maybe one of their babies?
Where is Mrs. P and the two kids?
Were is the First Lady?
One of their babies..?? SA is awful determined to stay at this nest..!!
Definitely WOW! First Lady needs backup, call in the National Guard...the First Lady! Goodness that went on forever
Could this intruder be one of Mr Ps offspring?
So beautiful, it could be a baby Mr Pres.😂
wow !!!
Where was TFL?
Exactly!
Wow!! What a fight! Way to go Mr P! Defend your nest!
The visitor must be Nancy polosi. LOL
GJ ♥SONGBIRD
True, she seems to be the only one that challenges Mr. P.
No way to know but I wonder if this is the same one from last week
I drive by a nest every morning with 2 Baldys standing guard on it. The nest is 10ft off the ground. Its incredible.
Wow!!! ♥️🦅😍
Hahaha! Pretty serious business, that was! So much persistency! Glad Mr P was unscathed - TFL with her dive bombing could have helped, but she did not appear to be at home.
Wowwwww!! Persistent visitor. Has TFL been seen lately ?
I'm betting that Mr.P has met his match. Again, looking like another year without eggs and poor old Mr. P was really struggling in a few of those clips. I would think a younger, more virile mature eagle would have stopped the nonsense with the intruder rather quickly. Do we know who the younger eagle is? Was it hurt as it did not come back?
How long does it take a young eagle to get it’s adult markings?
5 yrs
That is so sad. funny the stick move looked like it was heading for the V made me wonder if the visitor knew the nest way too well an was going to block that V so it didn't grab any other babies... ????? It was determined to be in that nest.. odd
Where is First Lady???
How many months after the nest does the baby fly?
I appreciate you posting, but a couple of times, it would have been better to have just zoomed out and captured the whole scene, rather than zooming in and trying to pan when there is obvious lag (just inherent to the system) in being able to control the camera.
Wow! Did either Eagle get injured?
Does anyone know when the dc eagle cam will be available again
غريبة شكل الصغير يبغا العش اللي عاش فيه وامه ترفضه وانا رأيت هذا في العصافير🤔
Oh my Gosh poor Mr. P☹ That intruder looks like maybe a Golden Eagle???? Where is Mrs. P? I havent watched them for a while
Was that possibly one of the kids from 2- 3 years ago?
This is co cool.
Did they stop or is it still doing on? That is one persistent juvie
What type bird is the visitor? Another type of eagle ?
Where's the FIRST LADY???????
Can you say stubborn?
Incredible video. Where was the First Lady during all this?
Why do they kick their own children out of the nest ! GJ ♥SONGBIRD
That visitor wants that nest!
Mr. P has no patience with freeloaders. This kid's gonna get hurt if he doesn't go find his own tree to play in.
That SA didnt seem to fear Mr. P at all
Mr.P taking no prisoners
Where is the first lady? She needs to help out over there
Mr P sounds a bit hoarse. Where is First Lady? Did they have pips?
Very young eagle.
Visitor is a tough customer.
Mr. P let the intruder do a little redecorating before kicking his feathery butt out of there.
Still no sign of First Lady?
Hi Janet, good question. She has been spotted quite frequently. Not every day but on a regular basis. Thanks for watching!
Where is the First Lady?
Please help bird from itchy.
I don't have claws to protect my home but I do have a .22, 9mm, .357, .45, and the mighty .454. I also have numerous rifles and shot guns as well. I must be an American!
Where was his wife during this epic battle?? Jackie would have scared him off once and for all!!!
Don't mess with mr.p
"Visitor has pecked sticks" Lets make this a meme.
I wish a biologist could explain this. Big and pointless risks being taken by that youngster. Is it a former chick having flashbacks thinking it belongs in this nest?

Me, too. What would make a juvenile apparently a year or more away from puberty challenge an adult eagle so persistently?
Everybody wants the penthouse!
🤣🤣🤣
Hate to say this Mr. P but looks like you need the wifey to come and run this intruder off. Normally the females are larger and more dominant so maybe this needs a woman's touch
Hail to the Chief
This juvenile is determined to take over.
Hopefully mr p doesn't lose his nest.
I think this visitor is homeless.... maybe it needs a tent...??????
captions lmao...MR.P is not liking it...at ALL...too funny the juvenile thinking he can setup house...lol by zooming in with imaging software it appears to be a male
So this is what it looks like when you try to kick 25 year old's out of the house???^^
Maybe this is how the juvies get incentive to build their own nests.😨
Poor Mr. President!
aerial campaign seems to have more success.
Mr. President really really not in mood for accepting company.😮
The visitor kicked his ass
Goes to show that thieves come in all shapes and forms!
Its an Eagles life. Theyre kinda like homeless people.
That intruder looks like an osprey ... is it ??? Why wouldn’t the eagle just kill it after an hour or 2 of that bs ? Who is higher on the food chain ....
Home invasion..
2 years in a row with no eggs. Never-ending technical issues. Nice eagles, but visit other sites with eggs and chicks. So much more entertaining.
