I like the diversity of those leg workouts. He gives cause you can actually build a lot of strength in your legs. While still allowing them to be able to endure the tolerance
Damn. I usually do a lot of HEAVY back squats, and I thought this might be too little and too light. Wrong. This nearly killed me. When you leave my gym, there is like, six steps down to the parking lot, and I was holding onto the handrail and wobbling down each step like an eighty year old man. WTH?
I did this workout yesterday with a pair of 30s. (with exception to the single arm and goblet squat / single 30kb) Those bulgarian split squats, and the jump squats had me huffing and puffing. Completed work out in 43 mins. I felt like a cowboy afterwards🤠, I had to turn sideways to walkout the gym door. Still sore today, in a good way. 💪
Did you survive the workout?!
Barely 😅
@@blazan12 haha! Me too!💪🏻
Yes i did with 24kg then 20kg on squats jumps. Pendulum lungs is a really tough work out 🥵
very tough indeed!@@jbespitalier

This is an amazing quick explanation. I love that you add single kettlebell variants since sometimes i cant find equal weights

Awesome! Trying this later today
Killer workout man like how you showed with single kettle bell that is how I am doing it right now building my kettlebell collection
This looks like a great workout, I would switch out the first lunge experience with cossack squats. Keep grinding my brothers!
Did this workout this morning. Phenomenal workout!

Hi coach jay
Great video 👍

How is the Goblet squat any different than the front squat? Basically the same thing
Goblet squats are best used with slow-to-moderate tempos and higher reps to build muscle. Front squats are best used to develop max strength.
Oh man 😅 👍
