Appreciate that! I 100% would put a downpipe on, the difference is insane and it’s so much faster with the stage 2. The sound is so much more race oriented and it pulls so clean. Appreciate the comment and the support bro 🤙

How has long term reliablity been and what mileage are u at
Is there a setting on IE to lower the amount of pops or is it just either pops on or off?
It is just pops on/off and they are pretty damn aggressive I will say that. But if you have them on and you just drive the car in drive mode in sport it will not pop at all, you have to drive aggressive to make it pop

I think it mostly just damages your* cats, at least to my knowledge
The comparison was definitely fun and gives great perspective on MK7 downpipes! The pops can slightly damage your turbo if you do them too often, so it’s good to do them in moderation. It could clog the cat too overtime if you overuse the crackle tune
Hey I have a AWE track exhaust and just had my ARM catted downpipe installed yesterday with unitronic stage 2. Do you know if it’s normal for exhaust to smoke after installing the downpipe? Heard it could just be oils/material burning off from the manufacturing/assembly and installation process. If so how long would it take for the downpipe to burn everything off? Thanks
I have this exact mbrp exhaust and looking for a downpipe without making my car sound like a horrible tractor and currently not tuned. What would you recommend
Hows the drone? Looking at the MAP dp or IE dp unsure of which i want to get. Have the stock catback for right now as well.

It’s my neighborhood stop sign and very pointless as no cars go through the other direction or on the left so we all just run through it 🤣🤣

Not for me. Make you laugh the first times then its abnoxious. But yeah thats a personal preference i think.
Btw puting the gear back youre really puting it in sport no matter what mode is on. Its diferent in the sport mode because you ve got a tune specific fot that mode.
Those pops and bangs are to much. God i wish they never inveted that tune. And yes it sounds obnoxious.
