ITECH Bi-Directional power system Battery Simulation

In this video we demonstrate the ability of the ITECH Bi-Directional power systems to simulate a battery. In the demonstration we used an ITECH IT-M3432 800W systems, but the same functionality is available on the full range of ITECH Bi-Directional Power Systems.
We used an AdelSystem Din-Rail UPS for the device charging and discharging the ITECH simulated battery. The AdelSystem can be replaced by any battery operated device and is scalable to very high voltage and power levels. In the demonstration we show that by changing the state of charge of the battery, the AdelSystem reacts like it is connected to an actual battery. By using the ITECH sysem as a battery simulator, with configurable SOC, etc, the rapid testing of R&D systems can be accomplished.
The battery simulation demonstrated, was done with the free IT9000 software from ITECH.
