My reaction to hearing the Ten Minute Version of

My youngest kid(in the other vids with me, who is now 17) was 4 years old when they became a #Swiftie
I liked Taylor back then but couldn’t fully get into her music.
And then she put out #1989 and I was like
OKKKKAY TAYTAY, I hear.you.girl.
The 1989 Tour was our first(+ so far only) tour. It was amazing(of course).
Reputation came out + I loved it but my kiddo did not(they love it now).
We didn’t go to that tour(I still regret that). I watched the Reputation Tour movie and
that
is where I heard #AllTooWell for the first time and it wrecked me.
I was going through a heartbreak, the most devastating one of my life(so far). I related to every.part.of that song. It was like I wrote it myself.
I couldn’t listen to it without crying for almost a year. I sing sometimes and reallllly wanted to sing that but there was never anyone around to play it, so, I taught myself ukulele solely so I could play(+ sing) that song.
I still play it. I’m still recovering from that breakup. I have CPTSD from that breakup.
This song both broke me open and helps me heal.
I will be eternally grateful to TSwift for writing it.
