Rafiq Exlated Voltron Deck Tech!

I can honestly say I was never aware of just how powerful the exalted mechanic is in Commander, that being said here is a deck that was very near and dear to me that I was very happy to finish either way! Hope you enjoy!

I don't build 60 card formats anymore, however I would just take the best of the cards that give Exalted multiply most by four and then take a good removal suite.
