      I completely agree.
      ...especially after reading Scott Hogan's book "Built from Broken."
      Have learned alot (after reading his book) about how much our connective tissue differs in its needs, from the typical muscle hypertrophy-driven fitness advice doled out to us by the typical 'fitness expert.'
      You are right...this rarely gets mentioned.

    I swim and lift weights. Father was a competitive runner and rock climbed into 80's. Siblings were inactive and became weak and demented. I swim and strength train. No joint or muscle pain. At almost 70yrs am oldest OG under the barbell at local YMCA. My fiance does YOGA I will start. Great podcast. Thankyou!! 🏋🏻🏋‍♂️🦊

    Most JAK inhibitors increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, lung cancer, skin cancer, blood clots and serious infections.

    What about someone that has been energetic all your life, then stop 🛑 till your muscles shorten stiff muscles so painful, for a long time, how do you start thank you 🙏

    62 - workout and stay away from processed foods, fast foods, fried commercial foods, and seed oils and you should be fine.

    Here's where the mistake in thinking is. It's not time. If you're already walking seven days a week, lifting heavy in the gym once a week is going to give you the biggest bang for your buck. Not quit walking and lifting seven days a week... lifting your way into the hospital.

      Anterior cruciate ligament. (In the knee).
      If you had a dog, you'd most likely be familiar with the ACL.
      It's a common injury (ACL rupture) for 'sport' dogs, or just in very active dogs that do alot of jumping - especially twisting jumps.

      Yes... it's been combed.
      It's pretty easy to see that she combed her hair up into an upswept 'do' atop her head.
