    Ranveer ,your use of language is so good.
    After a long time came across someone,who could easily speak and pronounce the words as they sound,wether it is Urdu phrases for Lucknowi cuisine,or your mother tongue ,Punjabi .
    It speaks volume about your skill and knowledge on culinary art.

      @@poonamabbi7448 Actually Eastern Punjabi (spoken in Indian Punjab) awkwardly has more Urdu influence. The reason for this is before the Partition, Urdu was taught in the major cities (Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Bhatinda) and the speakers interchanged vocabulary.

      I also like Ranveers language, I could absorb his wrong urdu pronunciation but cant do it besides he has spent his childhood in Lakhnow and he is also fascinated by it, so please don't say his urdu is good, actually despite all apprciation and applause to him, I miss good urdu pronunciation and no typical hindi mistakes like, fir instead of phir

    WOW... Guchchhi... that too Kashmiri style... SOME OF MY BEST CHILDHOOD MEMORIES. Mummy used to make the guchchhi pulao, the matar-guchchhi... I used to bring it from Roopak store to Secunderabad & Lagos. I realized n one, not even my family understood my craze for it. Now I cook it ONLY FOR MYSELF.

    Thanks again for a wonderful episode,read about the deodar trees in the books of Ruskin Bond . But honestly learn about Gucchi only today ,also that it is so expensive,for all I thought it was saffron which was the most expensive of all spices.
    However good learning.Thanks !

    I remember going out after rain to find these. It was painstaking and that time it would cost 13000 per kg but once we find it we never sold it but instead took pride in eating it after mother cooked it.

    Season 1 was more interesting then this season..u can definitely feel the difference. This season seems like more of a common cookery show, the previous season had more influence of culture along with food
