Sean, you sound like my husband , he would buy property that needed help, he’d fix them up as soon as the trim was done there was a for sale sign went up and we did it all over again. He is a carpenter trained in Scotland and living in Canada. Now he’s retired so no more renovations for us.

@@Seans_World are people more understanding in rural areas or the city? In Canada if you go to Montreal they are a bit more polite if you don’t know French but elsewhere in Quebec, they aren’t as nice and ignore you unless you can speak French.
