@premed080, I think that unforgivable sin is a sin that you don't want to repent. God says if the biggest sinner comes to me and repents, I forgive him. Jesus died for every sin, He can and He wants to forgive every sin, but He can't forgive the one that you don't want to repent. That's of course my understanding:) Some people feel sorry about letting in or inviting demons to come inside them, and I wittnessed that God saved such a person, too:) Still there can be a point where God says the end.

For most, that is the point of physical death. But for many, the end of free will to choose comes sooner because of the reasons you list, or I'd add for having committed unforgivable sin. Demon-possession will be no excuse because of decisions made that let demons in - comparable to selling one’s inheritance for a bowl of stew. (Heb12:16)

The unending message of history and the Bible is God wants to be #1 to all. Particularly to love sexual sin more than to love God is to choose death over life. Satan unrepentantly disobeyed God, Adam & Eve disobeyed God, Judas Iscariot disobeyed God, and Herodias disobeyed God. Those who disobey God show that He is not #1 in their lives, not now, not for eternity.

It received waste for the pigs, and looked pretty disgusting. You wouldn't want it to overflow in the house or spill on you. That's how I picture adulterers with constant flow of sin into their slop buckets. A question for you: do you suppose demon possession could be genetically-linked, or just Exodus 34:7?

If one should ask God to empty her bucket, the unrepentant person’s bucket continues to contain his sin. Living in continuous states of unrepentance keeps a steady flow of sin going into the buckets. Picture a house drowning in sin. According to Christ, eventually the unrepentant will “die in your sins” [John8:24]

Wherever the devil is given place and gains sway, many are at risk.

This is great. You know, I wish people would stop harping on about her divorce. She's a human being and stumbles like the rest of us. Means she's able to relate to ordinary people a little more. Can you imagine being in a bubble with people watching your every move? And yes, I've been there too so I understand and I know there is forgiveness so there!
I have been made glad for over 25 years of singing along with Amy Grant, here in New Zealand. Love her latest DVD, which I think is a real tribute to Gods Love and Grace. Thanks Amy Thank you so much.
@Sween9261, anyone who loves God loves the Truth. I read some of the posts here and wanted to know what is going on. I am in a position financially and professionally to do something about abuse of brothers and sisters in Christ, and I decided to investigate.
Didn't know you were there. Have you read or seen any interviews? They weren't happy. If that was so, I think her kids and Vince's daughter would have a lot more animosity toward them instead of embracing them. I find the claim to be speculation and false gossip.
Amy gets so much crap about the whole divorce thing, everyone who believes in God does stupid things, but honestly you're all just jealous that she's happier and has wayyyy more money than all of you!! She's amazing! Amazing song! Jealousy can only get you so far! LOVE YOU AMY!

ONLY God can decide whether Amy has repented her mistakes in life. Please don't blaspheme the Lord by putting yourself on His Throne of Grace. Our God is forgiving and merciful time and time again. He tells us to love one another.

@Sween9261 Who are you to judge what Amy Grant does or does not do that is sinful or not? You being a human is sin enough as it is, so don't go judging others. If you want to judge someone, just look in the mirror.
It is real easy to pass judgement from afar. Let God Do the Judging. I don't condone marital affairs, but there is always more to the story than what the tabloids say. It is much essier and "Christian" to Forgive and move on.

No that isn't the reason, he is also a christian singer and songwriter, I'm not really sure why they got divorced, there are a lot of rumors surrounding that issue.
