Blue roof's are used as they are good for reflecting heat. Not as good a white which would be the obvious choice, but white would attract more flies and bugs

Prince stadium is by far the best stadium in the league, but tickets are $US10 A grade and $US5 B grade, while Smart RSN is $4/$3, and most others on your list are cheaper still.
Never knew that Cambodia even had a league, maybe Smart RSN Stadium is my favourite, nice little ground. RCAF Old Stadium would be second, maybe not a great stadium but the buildings around it make it look like a nice atmosphere.
Smart RSN Stadium is definitely a good choice, a nice atmosphere and they have a little gift shop that has a display of all the club's trophies. Plus, Phnom Penh Crown is the most successful team in the league.
