Anyone else think using no grip tape is better? The board actually sticks to your fingers for a millisecond if you just press down hard and then lift up quick. Or are you all aware of this and I'm just a noob using a cheat code lol. Also I seem to do better with 29mm vs the 32mm, but I'm not sure if it's just because of the shape that tech deck puts on 29mm boards

Skateboarding you can get seriously injured if not killed, fingerboarding the worst you can do is break a finger if anything at all. Of course they are completely different lol.

dude you should check out the hot wheels tech deck things i got one n they come with shoes that attach to the board that you can put on your fingers so the board doesnt fall off your fingers

You might think that, but you need to change it. It’s one of the most important things on a fingerboard. If you can’t afford it, I understand but if you can totally get foam grip tape.
