Seems a lot like the Pigtronix Philosopher King. I remember it being difficult to get a useable tremolo out of it, but the swells and the optical compressor were great. Setting the attack/sens just right lets you play 'normal' solo licks, but with the first note that swells in. Good for Fripp-style solos.
