That's a lot of money for such a built up area but I suppose with Dubai being a very popular place at this moment in time prices are going to be on the high side, it all depends on where you would like to live & what suits your lifestyle. For this price in Thailand you would get twice the size house with pool & space away from neighbours. I have visited Dubai & did enjoy my time there but a house like this would not suit me, I'd need a pool & space away from neighbours, maybe one of the world islands would do me just fine 😂🤣 I like your video's though. 😀
to live in one of the worlds safest and most advanced cities with no tax this I'd the price you pay. Agree Many countries cheaper but not 1st world with zero crime and top quality internationl education and healthcare and the future of entrepreneurs growing like it is here. for that it has a small price to pay. It is still much cheaper than London in UK for much more modern accommodation
