The panel was an EST 2 with voice evac, 270-SPO pull stations, older EST smoke detectors and 892 style speaker/strobes (I believe those are 896 models). I was there when they were testing the fire alarm system one time years ago and it had that exact code 3 tone and voice message.

A cheap one is about 20 bucks and a higher end unit might be up to 30-40
