Isn't that a Nintendo exclusive? If so they would have to do a fan made version free or get Nintendos permission. I am not really familiar with what consoles own exclusives so forgive if I am incorrect

A console game would definitely work in this visual style. DBZ has gotten a thousand games. They should try one with Sailor Moon in this style.
They could port the old PS1 Super S game or arcade game easily. Not sure why no one has done that.
